This service is very awful. Every time I changed my address, they asked me for another bill to pay while I did notify them by phone to cancel enrolment. It looks like a kind of punishment to not get out of their bad service, do not go with spectrum service. Ever

Bad experience in that store, the first time that happens to me, the lady helped us. Her name is JOURA. She behaved badly when we arrived. She looked at us badly for every question we asked her. She didn't answer us well. At one point, she didn't want to help us. She took us out of the store. She called the police. We waited for the police to arrive because we didn't do anything bad, they closed the door for us. I think she shouldn't work customer service, don't go to that store, bad customer service, I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to more people, bad experience.

The worst experience of my life in terms of service and customer service. If you don't want to waste time, leave angry and possibly even call the police. I will tell you that my husband and I went there as customers, and from the moment we arrived the employee Joura mistreated us, she did not serve us as she should, and for asking for a receipt she began to offend us and told us that we should leave the store. Apparently, when he saw our Spanish-speaking faces, he began to offend us in English and speak badly about us in front of his colleagues and other clients. In fact, he threatened us and called the police. He literally said, "Do you want to see how I call the police?" so that they can take them away." I don't know what she thought, she would see us as "undocumented immigrants who are unaware of laws, duties and civil rights." After calling the police they wanted to lock us in the store, so we sat down to wait for the police to arrive inside the store; then outside when she felt like opening the store. While all this was happening, I was trying to record her, she tried to take my own phone away from me. At the end of the wait, the police arrived, and after recounting the events we left without further annoyance.
My recommendations for the store (manager, owner, workers):
1: Learn to treat customers.
2: Don't underestimate anyone.
3: Train your employees well.
4: Know about laws.
5: The emergency button that you touched, Joura, is for emergencies, not to intimidate clients with the police.
6:Joura: Don't abuse the law, you could end up in a bad light.
7: Joura: it is a crime to lock someone in a store who has not committed any crime, in case you didn't know, don't do it again.
8:Joura: When you have a bad day, it's better to stay home, so you don't ruin your job, your company and, above all, the lives of others.
9:Joura: Just because people speak to you in Spanish does not mean that they do not master the English language. Learn to control your tongue.
10: Trying to take my phone or telling me that I can't make recordings is another crime, I could tell you the name but I'd better leave it as homework for you to study.
11: I recommend that you take this situation into account, this is another of the many negative comments that your store has. Because little by little you will lose clients, prestige and credibility.
WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Had troubles with my phone and I called spectrum Mobile but didn't get much help and this store help me props to Alma she helped me purchase the phone and ran everything smoothly. Belle helped me with a trade when I couldget get help at other stores or over the phone. Orlando was very polite and nice not only with me. Not to forget David also very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend coming here and asking for either Alma, Belle, Orlando or David. My favorite to go store for anything.

Service is horrible, recommend going to the north locations. Waited for an hour and a half. Customer Service rep wouldn’t give us the full equipment we ordered because she couldn’t find a part of our order, despite us showing her the receipt. She told us there was “nothing she could do to help us” and told us to get out of line so she could help other people. She gave us a number to call and even the rep on the line was confused. The rep on the phone asked for a manager, she said the manager wasn’t there. When we said this was absurd, she told us to get out of the store and that she wasn’t going to help us.
We went to the north location and they “magically” found all our order. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Save yourselves the headache and just drive a bit further north.

The service goes down once or twice a month for 4 to 12 hours. It is great for work from home /sarc. Canceling is a multi hour issue. They are one reasons people hate cable companies more than any other.

If you want to waste your time ⏱️ come to this store
Since they took 1 hour to attend to me and I was only coming to bring my Internet box ? because I am a new customer and I already regret it.
There were 3 people serving and in the end when it was my turn there was only one left ?
And I had to keep waiting.

I don’t know how spectrum is still in business??
If you are in business don’t go for bundle, one , you will out of phone, out of Internet and online ordering.
Spectrum is helping Texas business not to grow. I don’t know how much they pay to the government to be in business. I think they must be paying someone to be in business in Texas .
Shame on the Texas Governor and spectrum to put Texas businesses down.
When we have black out in our area , we lose from $500 to $1000 per day, plus reputation .
But who cares ??
Abbott is having good sleep as a governor but we as Texans can’t sleep.
Can Abbott reply to me , l think he’s too big to reply me

Went in to trade my cable boxes for the xumo stream box, Alma was not having a good day. She was rude and just gave us a number to call without any further explanation or assistance.
