I appreciate the staff at this location. Carlos and Eric worked with me to fix an issue the off-site customer service department messed up and were unwilling/unable to correct. The off-site team left me disappointed, overpaying for service (I didn’t use), and needing to follow up for month’s with Spectrum. Carlos and Eric are doing a great job with customer service for this company.

Just left this location and although there was a little bit of a wait, understandably so with the evening traffic, Orlando was very helpful. He was able to assist me in getting me what I came in for. Had me in and out in no time. Orlando knocked it out the park with his Customer service. Even the gentlemen whom he was working with was also kind. They joked around and lightened the mood for customers that were getting antsy with the wait. Very much appreciated these two.

I upgraded to the gig internet and decided to purchase the IPhone 17 Pro Max.. the lady who helped me said it would come in the mail in 2 weeks but I got it 3 days later. That was cool

Slowest customer service at store known to man. Manager useless, stands around and doesn’t take customers. 30 minutes or more per customer and only two agents but 6 cash registers.

Terrible customer service at this location. After a long ordeal of dealing with Spectrum’s faulty WiFi routers, we finally decided to get our own. We visited this location to return our Spectrum router, hoping it would be a quick visit. Boy was I wrong. While making the return, an employee named Orlando repeatedly tried to give us an aggressive sales pitch to get us to switch our mobile device service. We told him several times that we weren’t interested, but he kept going on and on about why we should switch. I finally asked him to stop and just process the router return and he told me that “He can talk about whatever he wants while he processes the return”. This guy has an unbelievably disrespectful attitude toward customers. Please send him back for some customer service and basic courtesy training, Spectrum!

Be prepared to wait. I just needed to drop off equipment. Probably waited close to 1 hour for something that took 3 minutes.

Oh my! It’s really time for an alternative Wi-Fi service! Service, outages and the cost of things these days are not adding up! How can people work with such an unstable network.

I don't even wanna leave a 1 star review spectrum doesn't deserve it. I waited in line for 1 hour to be told they do not take cash. I was trying to purchase a phone. Went threw the whole process of ya we have that. But when it came to check out I was told they do not accept cash. There isn't a sign in the whole store stating they do not accept cash. Damm man were is TIME WARNER at they were the BEST.
