Honestly super impressed with Spectrum. This review isn't just for this store but for the company as a whole. I signed up for Spectrum for the first time a couple of days ago. I spoke with a nice lady named Rachel who walked me through everything and was very helpful. She offered me extra packages which I declined but she wasn't pushy at all.The next day I went to this spectrum store. Told them my name and 5 minutes later I'm walking out of the door with a modem for my new apartment. So easy.I get back to my apartment and the modem wouldn't connect to the internet so I went on the app and within a couple of minutes i was chatting with a live person in the app. They walked me through different things to make it work but we couldn't get it working.The live agent scheduled a spectrum tech to come to my place which was the same day and within a few hours. Absolutely amazing.A nice dude showed up to my place at exactly the scheduled time and he clearly knew what he was doing. He was actually a Ukrainian refugee and we had a nice conversation about how moving to America was always his dream.Turns out the wiring in my apartment was faulty and he rewired it with new hardware. This fixed the problem. No fault of Spectrums. It was completely free too. I'm seriously impressed.

Felix Sanchez was so helpful today; he helped me fix my phone stopped when it working and gave me great suggestions on what to do in the future. Great work Felix!

No other customers in the store. There were 3 associates present; however, I was still made to wait 5 minutes for any of them to talk to me.

Fix the Internet in Camden Shadow Brook - we have been suffering for almost a year!!! The connection is unstable and disappears more than 50-100 times every day!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was highly disappointed when I went into this establishment. These people that work there lack customer service. There was a young Hispanic lady that was rude, and she didn’t want to help me with changing the ownership of a name. She was bothered by my presence when I went up to her, and she was unprofessional. The agent said she would call her coworker for assistance, but she didn’t, and I’m wasting gas and time; corporate needs to inspect this place and retrain their employees to do a better job by assisting their customers with adequate service because it needs to be done. It’s a shame that we can’t get help; unacceptable service.

I had an excellent experience with spectrum cable. I have heard they send you quite a bill if you do not return the equipment but when we switched cable providers we were sure to drop everything off. There were some folks in the store that had this place their cable equipment meaning the router and the cable box and were not happy about the results and the charges.For us the internet worked well and so did the cable package which was affordable and I know they even have spectrum mobile now which is very competitive deals and solid bandwidth.

First off let me say that you all need a store in Bastrop. This is the 2nd time I've come to THIS store, 1st young lady was Rude 2nd time I came in today for my daughter phone because she was having issues, tried to explain it to him but kept over talking me. Somewhere people have lost all of the professionalism and when you say something they get smart with you. I don't live in the community so when you hire in the community you get what lives there. I'm going back to 6th Street store way nicer never Rude. Then they tell you to sign in but then just call whoever they make Eye contact with then what's the point of signing in. I've been here for over and hour just to tell me to file a claim. Didn't touch try or nothing just sad.

Super rude!! Avoid at all cost! They snatch things out your hands and roll their eyes at you. So unprofessional and just not worth the hassle to deal with such attitude in a CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented store.

Absolute dumpster fire of a service with utterly incompetent useless employees.... Switched to Spectrum Mobile and my phone wouldn't connect. Was told to switch out the sim card. Went to their store. Wasted hour and a half with them just sitting there on hold with tech support... Never got anything resolved and ended up just cancelling. Never again.Stay far FAR away from this provider.

Horrible ! Horrible ! We are forced to use spectrum in our apts. we have been out for 4 hours and no one can answer when it will be fixed. Every apt is out. I have to e we park this is unacceptable.

My Spectrum internet was down for 13 HOURS on November 22. And it wasn't the first time it had happened this week. I work from home so I lost a half day of employment. I want my Spectrum bill to AT LEAST be credited for the loss in service, which will, of course, be very little in comparison to the lost billable hours. When I try to contact Spectrum via their "chat" option, you only get responses from annoying BOTS. No live support. It will be the same situation if I call them -- just a labyrinth of dead ends and poor excuses. Spectrum is yet another dismally poor choice among internet providers.

It's alright because it's the only wifi service that reaches my home so ill say it's alright but it charges a lot after a while and still arnt any other network providers but other than this it is exceptional minus the price. It's alright non the less.
