Unfortunately they had turned off their online booking, since I was next door I walked in to see if I could get in to get a haircut, staff was not exactly welcoming immediately told me they were booked for the day with ZERO customers in the lobby. They told me to come back tomorrow and use the app which was the whole point of walking in since the app was not letting me check in....... Seems to me they don't really care about customer service, its a shame to run into a poorly run franchise of this brand. Sidenote- They had no customers on the waitlist screen.

We cannot say enough great things about Alison at SportClips! She is our go-to for both my husband and 14-yr-old son. My son had a pretty awful haircut from another place and she not only fixed it, but took notes along the way of what he was wanting. We left with a great haircut (and very happy kid) and continue to get amazing cuts every time we go back to her!

Called to make an appointment yesterday was told “we don’t do appointments just come by tomorrow”. Came in this morning the girl said “you have to make an appointment online” smh

Sportclips is almost always a 100% solid bet for a good haircut with friendly staff. This one is no exception. Stop in, enjoy, walk away less hairy and happy with the staff and their skill.

Had my cut done today and Jasmine always does great work! No exceptions today. Also, Alison, who was also present was really pleasant to talk with. What a great crew this place has!! Raises all around!!!
