Called and asked if they were taking walk ins, woman was rude over the phone saying they were closing early today due to only two barbers being in, and would be leaving at 6. The hours are clearly stated till 7. Wish I got to pick and choose when I wanted to work, and when I got to go home. Dosnt work that way in almost any industry. Won’t be returning customer anymore.

I took my son to get a haircut at Sport Clips - South Town and had Tatiana cut it and..WOW! She literally blessed my son’s hair.
Very professional and attentive to our needs. We will be back!

I’m not a native of Austin and I’ve had bad haircut experiences before when I have tried places in a new area. This time was no different, I was nervous before coming here.
I don’t believe in paying an absurd amount for a haircut and I admit you get what you pay for but every so often you find a hidden gem.
This was one of them. I received an excellent cut by Dayana. I asked for a burst fade and showed her some reference pictures and she did a great job.
After chit chatting, I felt more comfortable learning of her experience and knowledge in the modern haircuts.
Rest assured, I was in good hands and so will you.

Went in today for my first experience with Sports Clips and was given to the VERY capable hands of Norma. Listened very astutely and did EXACTLY what I asked for and even went above and beyond in her care. I bumped my head yesterday on the corner edge of a cabinet in my bathroom and was paranoid of contact and she was delicate without even knowing there was a lump there! HIGHLY recommend. The staff was ALL friendly and courteous and I will absolutely return.

never have a complaint at any of the sport clips I go too...Jo was great and before I knew the cut was over and looked great!!
Set an appointment online said 20min showed early and no more than Maybe 5min after I sat down I was called in!! every one was chatty, happy and was glad to see ya come in!!

I’ve been going here and other places for years trying to find someone who can cut my hair decently. Recently I’ve been going here to see a lady named Mirian, I can’t say enough about her she’s very kind, pays a lot of attention to detail and actually cares if you like your haircut. I highly recommend her.

Twice I’ve been to this place in both times employees just sitting there and reject customers all because they’re not on a list. How stupid is that how would you like to own a business and customers Being rejected all because there’s a list, but there’s no one there no one coming. Then the lady jumps up behind me and walks the door.

Today I checked in online and called the store to verify my check it, both told me 25 minutes to arrive, I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, I was told to wait 25 minutes to my turn.... this system is flawed
Very nice staff very clean environment make sure you sign up online with their app so you don't have to sit in the waiting room for an hour make sure you get the m v p after you get your haircut they wash it for you

I’d give zero stars if possible. Checked in online with little under two hour wait. Drove to the location 20 mins early to check in to find someone ahead of me. So now my time goes from 1110 to 1140, then all of a sudden my wait time in store is another 2 hours. The stylist was going on lunch and the system doesn’t tell you. So I wasted all this time waiting to be told I can’t get my hair cut for another 2 hours. I could have been at home working but instead I’m shrugged off like my time doesn’t matter to these people. Super unprofessional and will not return ever. Lost my business

Was quoted 88 minutes which fit my time frame. Then the wait was drastically decreased to 50 minutes instantaneously.I called to let them know what happened and how I wouldn't be able to make it in 50 minutes and was assured it would be fine.When I came in I was told the system automatically pulls you off the check in list. Why was I told it was OK if it wasn't?Person who I spoke to today didn't seem to care or sympathize. I've been going to Sports clips for years but this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience. I'd rather spend the extra money on a hair cut where I don't have to deal with this.
