I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to return a home internet box. Online it states you can return at store. I showed this to the employee, he said they couldn't do it, I said why, it says online you can. He had no answer. I asked for a manager and he lied and said he was in the bathroom. I said I would wait. Then I showed him receipt from tmobile, that was in my online account and he said it was the wrong receipt. I asked for manager again and he called him. He wasn't in the store the whole time, he was on vacation. The employee never looked up my account, never tried to help me, I think they have no clue what they are doing. Sad!

Awesom customer service! Justin and Max are super helpful! we switched from Verizon to T-Mobile when we started experiencing excessive call drops with Verizon. We could never get answers from Verizon and always hard to reach people. so happy with TMobile and we are saving money!!!!!

We came in to switch carriers, trade up one of our phones and get the 5G internet equip. Benny, Max and Justin were all super helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions/concerns, making the whole experience effortless, painless, and should I even dare say - fun. They are a great team.We highly recommend this location for your T-mobile needs!

The staff here has no clue what they are doing. They are all equipped and authorized to start the internet service and take money from you but when it comes to deactivating the service they have no clue and no authorization. Tried to return equipment , first time they said deactivation is done online and after that equipment can be returned at store with return bill. I deactivated my service and went back to return with label , now they directed me to ups store to return the equipment. T mobile should start giving some kind of training to their employees so customer don’t have to make multiple trips to the store or put a board saying “ we have no idea what we are doing” that will help.

Benny was so patient, and helped us last night and today, getting our new accounts and phones set up. We could not have done it without him. He helped us figure out how to make sure we got all our promotion credits as well. Thank you, Benny, you're the best!

Stopped into look at phones and Ezekiel was very helpful and sold me some new stuff. He's very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. I'll be coming back to this store bc of him.

I was having trouble with my phone and I went to my carrier store and they were no help at all. They didn't try and restart it or give me any ideas as to what was wrong they just blew me off and talked to me like I was d**** They ended up telling me to go to the South Park Meadows location. That location was way more helpful and Junior told me to go to the apple store to try and get a replacement. Overall I do not recommend the belterra village location.

Very helpful. We didn't think we could use the t-mobile internet as the website said it wasn't in our area yet. But.... he told me to take it home and try it to see if it works.... and it did. We are very happy now and have told our neighbors to contact them as well.

I never write reviews! After 25 years with Sprint, we had to migrate to T-Mobile because of the buyout of Sprint. If it hadn't been for the unexpected and extraordinary processing power, problem-solving skills, and customer-service tenacity of Brian Bussard and Chris Meindl in the Belterra store, we would have migrated to another carrier -- Ohhh most definitely! Brian and Chris were the smartest, quickest, most gracious and service-oriented people we've ever worked with in a phone store -- EVER! T-Mobile leadership would be wise to recognize Brian and Chris' talent and ability to retain customers. They need to be running Customer Service for the company!

I came in beginning of this month to get a phone plan set up and I just appreciated the service both Daniel and Chris gave me while there. They were both so kind in helping me and I greatly appreciated the patience they had during the process. Thank you so much!!!!???

I absolutely loved the customer service at the belterra store. Ryan is very knowledgeable on his Apple products. Brian was very kind and helped answer my questions when I showed up.Even the Assisstant manager was very helpful .All in all a great visit and will def be back cuz of it!!!
