My normal location is Cedar Park/Whitestone. They are always GREAT. My daughter's iPhone 13 stopped working. No damage/ cracks/ etc. Cedar Park location assessed the situation and ordered a replacement phone via warranty claim. The replacement mistakenly shipped to this location. We went to pick up the replacement phone and were greeted with the rudest, worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Eve refused to give us our replacement phone, stating "her store couldn't take a hit like that" and she wasn't going to approve this claim. Then claimed her manager agreed that the phone was "too damaged". 1. There is absolutely no cracks on screen and very minute knicks on sides 2. The warranty claim could have been for a cracked screen if that were the case, as I was informed by a manager at another store that physical damage was also a choice of claim reasons. AND, Mind you, a store manager at another location had already approved and handled everything for us anyway. All she had to do was give us the phone that was ordered. Instead she decided it was appropriate customer service to refuse service in her empty store, cancel our order and tell us to go back to the store we came from and let them do the whole process over again. Not to mention we had already waited 4 days for this order since this happened over Christmas and this would put us waiting for a new order over New Year. Today is January 2nd, we started this ridiculous process on December 22nd, and are STILL without replacement phone. An incredibly simple situation turned into an unnecessary loss of a loyal customer, just because one individual didn't want to do her job. Upon reading the reviews for this location, seems like Eve may be the consistent reason this location can't afford taking the "hit" of switching out warranty phones.

The service of this store is fatal, rude, they do not give a solution to anything. The manager is rude, impolite and arrogant, Mr. Emmanuel is not fit to be in front of a store and provide customer service. zero recommended.

Terrible customer service. Especially the mexican woman with glasses. She was rude. She didn't want to help me set up my phone even though there were no customers in the store. No wonder there were barely customers here. It is because of the workers who just joke and play around. They will not welcomely greet customers. It seem like more like a playground than work environment. Eventually, a nice male employee helped me out.I will never be returning to this location again. Don't go here.

Lakyn was so helpful, she got me set up with a new phone and assisted me in getting my son set up with his. Spent the time to show me how to navigate parental controls as well. Highly recommend!

Luis at T-Mobile is awesome. I had a question about my iPhone which Yahoo could not answer. I was unable to open any email attachments any more in my Yahoo mail account. Luis made no assumptions and quickly got to the root of the problem. All I needed was to download the app for Yahoo mail instead of using a browser. Problem solved. Thank you Luis for your attention and training in your profession. It makes all the difference in the world to me.
