Came here to get my lifetime warranty for my phone protective cover. Lady helped without a fuss! I was in La Cantera in San Antonio and I was turned away because the lady can't see my warranty and to think I bought my plan and phone from San Antonio location . I called and just had the cover mailed. This t mobile location was more helpful! Thank you!

Bad service. My husband changed servers, and T-Mobile refused to refund the money he prepaid. He was not notified before he changed it that his prepaid amount would not be refunded. I will change my server after I use up my prepaid money. When I called customer service, I stated that it was a robbery that they did not provide service and still kept my money. Unfortunately, this bad experience is part of their service.

The slowest most inefficient store to ever operate. The employees are so slow and have zero sense of urgency. Stop by Menchie’s next door to grab a snack first because you will wait an hour just to drop off a phone.

Went to The T-Mobile store today. I was not happy that I had to wait along over 40 minutes. Poor Jonathan C got an ear full. I'm really sorry . Just wanted to say that he did a great job and was willing to help me even though I was in a terrible mood. Thanks Jonathan. If the review was for Jonathan only, I'd be giving 5 stars but because I had to wait so long I can only give 4, not his fault.

My daughter recently got locked out of her iPhone. After several failed attempts and a trip to Best Buy she was still unable to get into her phone. Kelli at T-Mobile was a tremendous help in solving our problem. She guided us on all the steps to follow and we were finally able to get back into the phone. We cannot thank her enough for her patience and expertise.

They scammed us into buying something we didn’t ask for. Said it was free/complimentary, and we were charged. They never sent us our receipt.

Mihan was great! We had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He was also very patient with us towards the end of a Saturday. We had an idea of what we wanted, but walked out with more! He didn't pressure us and actually informed us that a better plan was available than what we were currently on (hello free Netflix AND Apple TV)! Looks like the Sprint move wasn't as smooth as we thought. Unfortunately our purchase wasn't available in store, so a little patience was necessary for a lot of convenience!

My phone wasn’t working after the latest update by apple. Spent two hours online to get text calls to work with the “pseudo customer service “They made a ticket finally stating needs engineer but walked in here Isai fixed in 5 minutes. So much for these overseas agents just talk no action. Thanks Isai for genuine help he didn’t get anything from my interaction but just helped me.

I went to replace a screen protector which I was told in that store is the best in line under the first 30 days, 3 weeks at most. The phone has never fall down, there is no sign of bad mishandling, no scratch, nothing! Because there is no what they call "protection 360" they can't replace it. They offered to me 2 options, file a warranty claim with manufacturer or add "protection 360" The lady who helped me didn't even look at the phone. I understand if the phone fall down and broke there is no warranty claim, but since that never happened and I was under 30 days I though it can be replaced. As a T-Mobile business customer, I had never expected that kind of service and make me think if I should keep my business account with them.

as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nice young lady with glasses and a cap. The wait wasn’t too long . And the customer service rep Rodrigo really helped me ! My business WiFi was out over the weekend and customer service on the phone was nothing but a hassle and three days of waiting and run arounds. Till I finally came into the store and got some real professional help! Thanks so much Rodrigo ! You made our business money today !!! ❤️

Alyssa was awesome she got my phones switched over. Left spectrum and AT&T got 40 dollars off my bills and new phones really happy I went to this location
