I spent considerable time and money bringing my (very expensive) car here for a full interior cleaning. When I picked it up, I found several areas that were still dirty and had to ask them to come and scrub/clean them again, and then noticed they jammed my headrest forward in a weird angle. It took 15 minutes to fix my seat headrest. A day after I picked it up, I went to put my window down and realized they BROKE BOTH windows buttons completely.Edit: @to your response? Why would I bring my car back when you didn't even acknowledge/apologize for damaging my car? I should be sending you the bill for 2 new Mercedes window buttons + installation.Services: Auto detailing

Found a deal on Groupon for detailing. Very detailed description, including any extra fees, etc. Several packages to choose from. Scheduled service, dropped off a 50,000 mile well used car and came back to a clean, beautiful ride. No surprises, no complaints. Will absolutely use again.

Needed a last minute premium interior detailing and they took care of me right away. When I picked up my car, I was even told to go over the detail with the specialist who checked me in. I was definitely satisfied.

I would not recommend this place. I’ve been looking for a spot to get regular detail work done so I purchased the premium interior detail from Groupon. There is an extra charge for SUV’s which was fine because I thought I would get a thorough clean. unfortunately that was not the case. It took three hours, which again was fine, im happy to wait; but this was not what I was expecting. I am so disappointed in the result, I feel like I just threw $160 down the drains .

Called in today and receptionist (possibly the owner) was very rude. I was attempting to see if I should use groupon or go through them directly to book for tomorrow. Before calling, I had already viewed the website and saw that there were quite a few available times available for the day I was interested in. I strongly believe that since I said I'll just go ahead and use groupon because of previous credit that I already have with them....she started to stutter, put me on hold for a second, came back to the phone and said that their next availability will be five days from now. Once I informed her that the website shows differently for tomorrow and days thereafter, plus asked what would have happened if I booked online directly...she replied that she would have canceled it because she is short staffed tomorrow. I highly doubt that. Ultimately, she disrespectfully hung up in my face and said go somewhere else because I had informed her that it was unprofessional to have many upcoming dates stated as available on the website and then claim it is impossible to do because of a deal. If you don't want to honor groupon deals or get customers in when you know you have availability...then TAKE YOUR BUSINESS OFF OF GROUPON. It's that simple. All in all...she herself, (maybe not the actual workers) was unprofessional, short tempered, sassy, etc for no reason. I would not recommend this business if you want to utilize the deal they put out there on Groupon.**Response to Owner**You see I'm not one of those people who think customers are always right, but in this particular situation..you were positively 100% wrong and unprofessional. I noticed that you did not comment about the groupon deal topic that you obviously were upset about me attempting to use and the fact that you hung up in my face. What kind of business owner does that? Lastly..I'll guess all of your other negative reviews that mentions you all's nasty, mean behavior are false too. That being said...you are far from sorry. Please invest in yourself by taking up some business management courses somewhere, because you my dear, are the common denominator!

0 stars if possible. By far the absolute worst "detailing" and customer service I have ever received. I went to pick my car up, and I was told I needed to keep my windows cracked and in the garage for 3 days. I explained that I don't have a garage and that it's pouring rain so I wouldn't be able to keep my windows cracked for the next 3 days. I asked why this wasn't disclosed when I had dropped it off that morning. At that point the man got defensive and told me I should have already known that because "it's a given". If I knew I would have to leave the windows down then I would not have gotten this done during a week of raining. There were a lot of parts that had not even been touched. I could have done a better job myself but I had just had surgery and did not have the energy to do it.

No lies, both the interior and exterior of my four year old Altima with 80k miles on it look better and newer than the day I bought it. They got the grime build-up off every square inch of the car, even that nasty stuff that gets in the small crevices and drink holders and all between the seats. I’m delighted with the results and I’ve already had two passengers who thought I had gotten a new car. They had my car for three hours for the Premium Interior Detail and I waited comfortably in their nice-and-cool-on-a-hot-day and clean waiting room on a couch (the waiting room is a bit on the small side, so don’t bring the family). All of the associates were very friendly and each offered me bottled water. I’m very happy with both the quality of the work and the quality of the service. This is definitely my new detail place and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Squeaky Clean did a great job on my car. I had just returned from a 20+ hour road trip with my family and the car was gross. They did an excellent job getting the entire car super clean! They walked me out and had me look over the car before I left so they could fix anything. I didn't see anything to fix! I especially love that you can book online. I excluded some places in my research for car detailing because that wasn't an option.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Mediocre work and surprise charges. I was charged an extra $30 because my short hair dog shed about a dozen hairs in the front seat. I called the day before and made an appointment but they didn't have me in the system when I showed up for my appointment even though I got a text and email from them verifying the appointment the day before. They tried to charge me $40 for the few extra dog hairs, but I looked up the actual text while waiting on their uncomfortable couch and it said $30-$60 extra for pet hair. Dissatisfied with experience.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT service. Only a few hours for a nice deep clean at a very reasonable price (~$130), plus they were able to remove virtually all of my dog’s hair that was covering the floors. ? ? Cleo & Stephen & co. were wonderfully accommodating & friendly & the car is like NEW!!! ? I regret not taking “before” pictures, because this doesn’t really do it justice! Thank y’all so much again!!!

They removed things from my car / trunk that they didn't replace before I left. So now I have to drive the hour and 20 minutes (round trip) to fix their mistake. They did nothing to compensate and didn't care at all. This was my first and last time spending money here. The interior detail was good, but the outside wash and wax was terrible. There's dry water marks left on my car and wax residue left on my hood. They park the car out in the sun so you can't see these things until you get your car in the shade. I was polite to them the whole time and left a 20% tip, which was a mistake. Would not recommend people go here.

I Went to them after looking at Yelp reviews and dropped the car off for a day since it was going to take a long time. I picked up the car the next morning and was not happy with the work. It looked like some one took it to a car wash and wiped it off with a cloth. There were still stains that can be easily removed but they were not. I talked to the manager and she asked her employee to clean it. It took me another 20 mins of pointing where all the stains and marks were and the back of the car still had exhaust grease. I'm giving them 3 stars and not one because they made the effort to fix the job and make the customer happy.
