The ICU staff, particularly nurses Mel and Ammie, are recognized for their exceptional kindness and support for patients and their families. While the L&D team is praised for their attentive and personalized care, some reviews mention that the food quality, including the process in the birth/postpartum unit, has room for improvement, with issues like equipment shortages and delays sometimes affecting the experience.
