I am not sure if the guy behind the counter owns this business but it seems this business is actively trying to not make money or something with how rude his customer service is. The guy yelled at me for asking a question about the restroom and was yelling that I was asking too many questions. If you are looking for a horrible time just talk to the guy behind the counter.

This place is very shady, don't go there. You cannot pay at the pump because the machines are broken. I the clerk for $20 of gas but the pump didn't not stop at $20. I let the clerk know but he told me I had to stop it, I was charged not only for $20 gas and for $34 because the pump didn't stop. The Star Stop #33 doesn't have a working telephone number either. Very dirty and it doesn't deserve 1 star at all!!!

Star Stop gas station Braker/MopacThe worst customer service and service I have seen in Austin. I took my car to this car wash and didn't wash my car at all, just soap and a poor quantity of water to wash off. I went to complaint the man was very rude and said I had to pay more to have a proper wash. Why do you offer a service If doesn't work? I asked my money back he refused to give me. Very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. Please, don't go in this car wash, they will take your money and blame you because your car is still dirty. I feel disrespect and stupid for trust the location. All the good reviews here is from them family and friends. Dirty location, unfriendly , disrespectful and dishonest. I will report to the headquarters.

I was in the store and asked for the price of the chips because no prices were posted. The man behind the counter said something to me but I didn't understand because I have hearing loss and miss things so I kept looking. I nicely asked again. He came from behind the counter YELLING AT ME! "Which one? Which one do you want to know?" I was the only one in the store besides my daughter who was in the bathroom. I started getting really scared as he moved toward me so I said never mind. Then I went to the bathroom and told my daughter to hurry and not ask questions. As we were leaving, he came from behind the counter again and started talking to me. I recorded him talking and left. How is it that in Austin, TX, I can't ask for the price of chips without getting yelled at.

sold me a fake product and wouldn’t let me get a refund! Total sham! Do NOT and I mean DO NOT support these crooks. Only get gas and snacks, never what they have behind the counter!

I purchased a car wash at fill up of my gas tank. The line was real long at the wash so I came back several days later. My car wash code expired so it would not provide car wash. I asked the cashier for credit and he said no it expired. No apology or nothing. Its only 10 bucks right but thats not the Texas way. Irritated, just does not seem the way to run a client oriented business.

The Indian gentleman who works the counter is extremely rude to literally all the guest daily. If you have a question about how products he starts to argue instead of just answering. He's pushy and inconsiderate. You'll get better service at the 7-11 down the road. The staff there are friendly and the facilities are clean.
