I think they need better training here, every time I've gotten a drink here it's just off. Today I got a matcha tea latte and it tastes only like milk. Please get these employees better trained!

Stood here for ten minutes while the lady was on the phone with family about a kid getting shots. When the second lady walked up and just walked away. 30 minutes to get coffee and I was the only one there

Just tried to get a coffee... but they do not serve coffee!!! Only lattes and espresso. No brewed coffee. Also... no sugar... only Stevia. No coffee and no sugar at a Starbucks! And they wanted to charge me 5 bucks for a small americano. I asked for a refund after I found out there was no sugar (I hate Stevia) and left. Horrible!!!!!Also... the associate was rude! I understand she doesn't make the rules but she took mobile orders as priority when I had been standing in line for 10 minutes.Never again.

Starbucks didn't even open at 8:40 am today.a very slow woman, she could not start brewing coffee in any way, and refused clients, saying that she was not ready to open yet. although opening at 8am!!!maybe she's drunk or on drugs.

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. There was a long line of people waiting while 2 girls worked on drinks. They took 10 mins before they acknowledged the line and told us that the line to order was on the other side. The girl that took my order was too busy complaining about the location and wanting a transfer before she finally took my order. I ordered a frapp and a frozen dragon fruit lemonade and a cake pop, not a complicated order right? Well she didn't give me a receipt or take my name and when they served up a strawberry acai frozen lemonade I told the lady "this doesn't have a name but if it's meant for me it's the wrong order, I ordered the mango dragon fruit frozen lemonade" she got on the girl that took my order and told her to remember to always get the customers name and the girl that took my order went and "whispered" "she ordered the strawberry one" to which the other girl responded "I know, they always say that" she put the strawberry lemonade to the side and gave me my daughter's frappe to which the drink wasn't prepared correctly either, has wayyy too much chocolate and the drink was just cold not necessarily a frappe to where she hadn't put enough ice but at this point no big deal we just wanted my drink and get on our way. The girl that took my order asked if she could go on her break because she had already been there 2 hours and left, after that we waited a Total of 30 MINUTES!!! When i finally went to the girl and told her to forget about my drink that I just wanted a refund at this point she had the audacity to say "oh I thought the girl that took your order had already made you your drink. I was livid because the whole time she was the one that was preparing my drinks and the other girl told her she was going on break AND I WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER THE WHOLE TIME! She was non apologetic and I felt like I was very calm even after her bad customer. I worked in customer service before so I don't believe in being rude to anyone like that but after her treating me this way and most importantly wasting 30 minutes of my time I feel like I have a right to be angry about this. People at this point stop coming to this Starbucks it's very obvious that no one cares about the complaints that are continuously being put on this location and I will have the same answer to this complaint as everyone else with no resolution. Please do better or just close down this site.

waited there for 10 minutes , the employees saw us from the back & did not acknowledge us. horrible customer service, i just walked off and stopped waiting its ridiculous.

Finally got to try the frozen strawberry açaí from Starbucks and I was surprised... I really thought it was going to be more sweet specially since I got the lemonade base but it actually was not that great. I saw the barista make it and it was very little mixture and so much ice!! that explains why it tasted watered down. if it was a little cheaper and not at regular price then I would've been fine with it but the grande was $5! I won't be trying the other flavors just because i don't like how watered down it tastes. I am not sure if that is a universal thing or just a thing from this particular location but for the price I would rather just get a coffee. It was definitely refreshing, missing the strawberry pieces from the drink. I will just stick to the regular açaí drink :)

I have never experienced such bad service from any place in my life. The absolute lack of acknowledgement from the staff is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. There were two people working and neither of them acknowledged the guests in line and were doing things behind the counter completely unrelated to drink or food making. I would heed all the reviews stating the wait times are long. There is no effort being put forward at this location.

This place is terrible. The line was long and no urgency. One employee clocked just to talk to her friend for 15 minutes before helping customers. This same employee made my order wrong because she did not read the label. The conversation between the employees allows them to make many mistakes. Expect to wait 15 or more minutes. They don't smile and are not very friendly.
