Apparently this location doesn't accept cash. There was no signs posted regarding it and wasn't mentioned when I placed my order. Wasn't made aware until it was time to pay so I guess Starbucks doesn't like money.

They do not take cash. Can’t get a regular pikes place with cash. I don’t ask much. This is a management decision. It deprives workers from extra cash (tip) and prevented me from getting coffee.

Asked for a tall Americano and received drip coffee for $5. Then asked Gen Z how much for an expresso with water, you don't want to know. My last trip to Starbucks ??

I went on Saturday 1/20/2024 at around 2:30pm, the cashier lady was nice but the young Hispanic girl who helped her make the drinks was rude and had a really bad attitude. She made my drink and rudely put it on the countertop. I walked up to it trying to figure out if it was mine. I couldn’t tell, so I asked her: Is this the white chocolate mocha? And she rudely said: ahuh yeah that’s the mocha. She had a nasty attitude. I came back an hour later to see if I could get her name but she wasn’t there up front.I’m paying a lot for these drinks, I expect the service to be better than cheaper coffee shops.

Friendly, quick service, but how many times must I state "No room" for my coffee order, and still have nearly half an inch of empty space in my cup? At nearly $5 for a grande, I expect to receive a FULL cup.

Arrived at 5:45 to them already locked up for the day despite the hours stating they were open until 6. Disappointing.

This is the first Starbucks in the USA that I have ever been to that does not offer a military discount. I would encourage all military and vets to avoid this place like the plague.

I frequent this Starbuck on my work trips and the first time I came here, the customer service was amazing but unfortunately I've had unpleasant interactions with every employee since then. Extremely rude and unwelcoming. Prices are also higher because of this being a hotel Starbucks, which is somewhat under stable but the delivery of that information from the employees is extremely poor.

They don't accept cash! High prices and tax! I got coffee and it was fair at best. Grounds in the coffee. Go elsewhere!

Waste of time...stood in line then told I had to wait for app users who were behind me to go before me then i get the typical Starbucks slogan "we are out of that"

Located in the Hyatt Regency in Austin, I'm grateful for the existence of this Starbucks.I was away on business for three days, and although the hotel provided coffee, there's just something about this chain that is irresistible to me, and so, I'm pleased it was within my vicinity.During my stay, I went twice. I had no issues the first time, but I do believe my order was made incorrectly the second time. I had ordered a white chocolate mocha and I'm pretty sure they gave me a mocha instead. Not a big deal as I enjoy both, but it simply wasn't what I ordered. I could've had the drink corrected, but I had a time limit, and so, I just lived with it.Despite this faux pas, I was overall happy with the location. Staff was pleasant and the coffee was piping hot and simply just what I needed.
