I work near this Starbucks and used to come to it multiple times a month. They are always out of stock on something. Every time I’ve gone to order ahead and they are out of the thing I’m looking for. I haven’t been in a while and stopped here today. I had to ask about 4 different food items until I could find something that they had in store and it’s only 2pm. I wanted to write a review because it is such a consistent issue.

Hot food was done. The coffee, we had to wait on so they couldn't be eaten together hot.

Asked to have my order read back to me because the screen was broken. Met with attitude and a staff had to switch drive through members at the window because it was assumed I was being mean. Disappointed. I come to this location whenever I'm in Austin. Asked to have it read back to me and receive a broken cup, an attitude that led to a mess in my car.I'm not sure why you guys had a morning like this but I do know the whole team could do better and has been better. Not sure what happened in 4 weeks since the last time I was here but it wasn't a good change.

One of the most unprofessional locations of Starbucks. I ordered in the drive thru, the wait was pretty quick. Maybe, 5 minutes max from start to finish. I asked for an extra hot coffee & a grilled cheese sandwich, the sandwich barley melted & a lukewarm coffee. I politely addressed the matter with the the drive-thru attendant. She was snark and rude and told me it was waiting for a long period of time and that's why it was cold. What!!?? And here I am, writing a review avoid this place.

I will stop tipping Starbucks employees if they don’t start thanking me. It’s really simple. I’m all about supporting the employees but a simple thank you is just human kindness.

The store manager doesn't know what Chamomile Tea is. I'm still stuck on that fact. It kinda made me forget about the fact that the service was horrible and the bathroom was gross.

This Starbucks is the only one I been too that don’t have good customer service, employees don’t know what they are doing most of the time, they don’t have good work ethic they get busy and take longer then they should and sometimes even rude, they had refused to even apply a coupon from my app that I had to call corporate to see if what they had told me was true and apparently they were wrong, they need serious improvement here, sadly I don’t like going to this one but have no choice cause it’s the only one close by my job and my house I shouldn’t have to go to another location just because they lack on service, we already pay over priced coffee just so we can get treated this way at least we can expect good customer service here, I’m usually not the type to complain and never had done it before but this is so out of line, I hope for improvement here. And better management. I’m not going to write all my bad experiences here.

I've gone to this Starbucks for7 years, the decor has gone down, with each remodeling, the staff is less attentive with every remodel. I use to whip in grab a gift cup and a card before work on the days I needed a last minute gift. I could meet friends for a short chat in a comfortable welcoming local Starbucks. Now I can't be heard over the blenders. The lights are too bright, the noise is too loud, the staff distracted and my orders are frequently jumbled. STARBUCKS has lost its brand.
