I just went through the drive thru. Long wait. I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew and it was totally wrong. Manager was sympathetic and offered me a free drink but I had already driven away and wasn’t going to wait in line, again. Just disappointing.

Ok so this location is always out of the strawberry purre ever time I go there. Not sure if they have an inventory control problem or what but it's really frustrating to wait in line at the drive through only to be told they don't have what you want ?.

Why would Starbucks need another review? You already know what you get here. But this Starbucks is one of biggest Starbucks in Austin, and they have a great drive-thru. Most Starbucks in Austin are small and have no drive-thru.Other than space and having a drive-thru, the other really impressive thing at work here is their mastery of the logistics required to serve so many people so fast. Having an app and a recognized brand will only get them so far. Their drive-thru orders are so smoothly executed that I've never had to wait long for anything. Allendale really relies on this place to get moving every day.As a remote working environment, I choose them when I want guaranteed warmth, parking, and a guaranteed electrical outlet. Our local Austin shops are amazing when the weather is right --which is just about all the time. But most places aren't set up for cold here. And the local places sometimes aren't designed with many outlets or parking. Today my battery is low, and it's cold. I had my pick of a ton of parking places close to the building. It's a Starbucks morning.

I just had one of the most profoundly disturbing customer service experiences in recent years. For context, I live across the street from this location and walk here occasionally. I’m out of coffee at home so decided to walk across the street for coffee today.Upon arriving, the lobby is closed, but they are serving guests at the side door - no big deal. Attempt to place my order at the door but am told it has to be done via the app… which is a bit odd that I’m talking to a human but they need me to tell them the order in a phone app.I pull out the app and try to place the order. This location is down in the app, so not able to take orders. However, the drive thru line is moving appropriately so I know at least some of their machines are working.My obvious next request is to just have them take my order and pay using the working terminal at the drive through window. The manager tells the nice gentleman helping me that this isn’t allowed then comes over to the side door I’m standing at and very condescendingly tells me, “you need to get in the drive thru like everyone else and if you don’t want to do that you can find one of our many other locations to choose from.”I’m a very easy going and honestly gentle person, so know that I was not being hostile or confrontational (although looking back perhaps I should have been more so…). At this point, I again asked if she could just take my order and pay for it at the working terminal. She got very rude and nasty towards me and told me to go somewhere else then asked if there’s anything else she could do to help me. Again, in that power-hungry managerial condescending tone that we’ve all heard in customer service. I chose to leave.Did not get her name, but she was about 5’4” dark black hair and not thin. She was probably having a rough morning and saw me as some sort of threat and decided to take frustrations out on me.Moving forward, let’s do better to treat all of our guests with respect and go the extra mile. Even if that means doing things that are less convenient. Such as, in this case, taking an order and running a credit card at a terminal 15ft away instead of one directly in front of you.I will do my best to avoid going to this location in the future. Fortunately, I’ll be moving slightly further away in a few weeks so this shouldn’t be a problem.

The busiest Starbucks in the area, with a usual 30 minute wait in the drive-through. The staff is impressive, in keeping consistently upbeat and delivering customer service. Automatic 5 stars because that's a talent and a feat in itself. Inside, it's loud like any other Starbucks, but surprisingly calm and spacious- the sort of place you'd like ti stop and relax. Shout out to the cashier who recommended I put shots of "blonde espresso" in my husbands cookie crumble usual drink. And an iced orleato is my new favorite item!

While using the restroom, niticed there was no paper towels or toilet paper. Only napkins left in the restroom. Service and product at the counter was great

OK first experience with this Starbuck so all locations, Starbucks can do refill cap coffee right and usually to walk in to refill my coffee cup . and I did and the cashier on Starbucks she act very rude with me and then she not explain to me I have to use app or I have to pay 50 Cent so I have to walk to my my car and then come back to her. She told me oh you have to use the app so I told her OK I’m gonna come back twice to get my coffee and then she told me yes I’m sorry but she act very rude. I mean that’s making me so so angry I never came back to this location

I get Door Dash from here several times a week. Would it be too much to ask that this location remember to add a straw to the bag? It’s also frustrating that when you order a bagel they don’t put a knife in there for the cream cheese.

Grabbed my birthday coffee, wasn’t like past years, most times my order is made just right but this year it didn’t taste the same.Parking: Parking is far and few, shares lot with small strip mall
