They have a friendly staff who take care of this location. Other than coming by for a drink and a treat, it's the perfect spot to run to if one's home Internet isn't the best. (A lifesaver !)

As I sit here to write this, I have been waiting a half hour for my two drinks that I mobile ordered ahead. It’s twenty minutes past the estimated pick up time. Starbucks needs to stop prioritizing new drive through orders when there are orders from a HALF HOUR ago still not made. I understand they want to keep the drive thru times low but my time should not be sacrificed. The whole play was a mess, all of the baristas huddled in the drive through window corner.edit: 40 minutes to get my two frappucinos which i ordered ahead. to be clear i don’t think it’s the employees on the clock’s fault. it’s so clear they needed at least one or two more baristas on shift. They cranked probably 20 people out of the drive through as i sat there, it’s a larger issue with starbucks overall. i feel bad for the employees.

Ordered at 7:53am and didn't get 3 out of the 4 drinks until 8:14am. I was late to be somewhere at 8:15am only 4 min down the road. This was extremely disappointing and I have never had to wait so long for drinks before, as I planned for about 10min or so of waiting. I asked for the 3 completed drinks when I noticed those were done because I was already late to be somewhere.I told them I would come back but no longer had time because I had to be in a meeting.I called and they said I can come back anytime but I am so frustrated at how long this took and I just want a refund. Not to mention one if the straws was sealed shut on one end and just made things so inconvenient.Not a good starbucks morning at all at this location.

Editing my review, not to change the score for now, but something needs to be done about the one girl with glasses who is often in the window. A lot of the people in theorizing are fun and friendly but this girl just comes in with the same sad story about how hard her life is. I get it things are rough but I really don't need to hear it every time I see her. I want to feel bad for her but also, have you seen that old SNL skit about Debbie Downer?

Really I really hate dealing with this Starbucks. It honestly does not live up to its name. The staff there is kind of rude, and they pretend like they don’t see you standing in front of them. They will ignore you they can ignore you or you speak up. I really hate dealing with this Starbucks. I just cannot state that enough. Every time I’ve ever been here, which is by my house, it always turned into a nightmare.

DO NOT bother going to this location; I didn't order anything unusual with a crazy amount of add ons. Just a venti espresso frappe with cinnamon and whipped cream, and we pay extra for these add on so it's really upsetting when they didn't make my drink correctly specially they left out the add ons.
