Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Don’t believe a word Brandon says! Ordered a light that their website said was in stock in September. After not receiving any shipping information, I reached out on 6 Nov 23 and this is where the real fun begins. I’ve been exchanging emails with Brandon minimum once a week from 6 Nov 23 through 28 Dec 23. Every single week he told me they just received a shipment and my order would be delivered Friday or Monday. Every week. At one point they finally refunded my money, BUT he still promises the order for free. It’s obvious this is their move. Promise the order for free, but never actually deliver it, and then just hang their hat on the fact they refunded your money. I mean, if they don’t refund the money it’s stealing, so that’s not exactly a winning business motto. If you look them up on BBR you will see the same review from everyone. They respond the same as well. “We refunded your money” as if that is above and beyond. Horrible business, even worse business model, and do not believe a word they say (especially Brandon). Avoid at all costs!!!They also always say: "We do not control the shipping nor the logistics of any of the suppliers we distribute products for. We simply relayed the information that was given to us and unfortunately there have been delays." So they either have not changed suppliers or pick the worst suppliers at every turn. Again, do not order from them you will never receive your merch no matter how many weeks in a row they promise it, just make sure you get your refund.

I have a similar experience to others. I ordered a Kuna light and my card was charged immediately and then I almost forgot that I ordered it. I reached out about 20 days later and they told me it would ship that Friday with an ETA of the following Wednesday. I still did not receive shipping confirmation. I emailed to say I wanted my card refunded or I would dispute the charge. They did refund me right away, but it's just frustrating. If they don't have the product, they should have never charged my card. I am waiting to make sure that the refund comes through to my credit card in 3-4 business days as promised.

Ordered an 8” recessed retrofit LED light twice from this company. Both times the order was not shipped because of a supplier issue, both times my payment was refunded, both times Brandon promised that he would ship the item because of the inconvenience caused. I’ve never received the product. Ordered the exact same item from another lighting co. and I received my order within 3 days. Not sure who or what problems Brandon has with his supplier, and yes, while he did provide a prompt refund and yes while Brandon promised to make the inconvenience right - My experience is that Stars and Stripes lighting is unable/unwilling to provide products ordered and the promise of correcting the inconvenience by shipping out said product is an empty promise. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for your electrical and lighting needs.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a Kuna companion light and went back and forth with Brandon about the light. I did get money refunded but why list 4 available items when you can’t deliver on one from August. I rather have you be honest with your customers than give them hope. Never ordering from your site. Wasted a lot of time. Please stay away from ordering online from this site. Still don’t have my Kuna Companion.N. Patel

ETA - email responses have been quick and they are working to ship out the order. I'll update the stars once I have the items in hand.I wrote a review on their website, but noticed that only 5 star reviews are shown so I thought it would be best to review here. I ordered 2 camera / lights in October 2022. I followed up multiple times with the following responses: "There is not an issue, this order will be shipping Monday and will have an eta of Thursday" Then a month later when no shipping information or package arrived, I received: "We will follow up on this Monday when we reopen and make sure it arrives next week."Then crickets. I've sent another email after noticing that their website shows 8 in stock. This is beyond ridiculous and I'm very disheartened to see so many other reviews with the same issue.

Wow! STAY AWAY from these guys. I guess I’m not the only one who got scammed. I’ve reached out to their customer service and every time they reply that it “will be shipping out tomorrow”. It’s been a few weeks now and still have not received my light fixture.

THE WORST COMPANY. Try to buy light fixture and KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THIS COMPANY. They responded to emails, and say that they're working on it, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS and NEVER RECEIVED the light fixture that I order online. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWAREThey say, they're going to ship this light fixture at no charge for the delay. (YEA RIGHT) Still have not received this fixture 8-1-23

This company offers lower prices to get the order and processes payment but does not ship the product. I contacted customer support after waiting several weeks for my lighting order to arrive and was told that their supplier was shipping he order and i would receive within a week. Two weeks later and i have not received the order. I contacted them again to request a refund but i will probably need to make a fraud claim to my credit card company to get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I thought I would take the time to list the totally made up responses from this company for the product that was ordered in DECEMBER 2022, HALF A YEAR AGO...--On Jun 4, 2023, at 8:40 AM, Stars and Stripes Lighting Customer Service wrote: This is Brandon, this order will be delivered this coming week! --Jun 1: We will get you a concrete delivery date today--May 11: The delivery we expected was delayed. We will source this elsewhere so it delivers Monday or Tuesday next week--April 19: We've requested several times, if we're not provided with that today we will have some of these in stock tomorrow and will send from here and send you tracking --April 14: We're expecting to receive tracking information on this order today. Once we have that, I'll send that to you.--April 3: We will get an updated eta on this --March 27: The new order is scheduled to ship Wednesday 3-29--March 14: We didn't get a response until this morning, we will have an update today!--March 7: This will be delivered Tuesday of next week --Feb 1: I'll contact the vendor tomorrow to track this order down and you'll have this order by Saturday!--Jan 23: They are shipping a new order for me today that will be arriving Thursday or Friday. I will have you some shipping details on this tomorrow as well--Jan 19: Good evening this is Brandon, sales manager and part owner at Stars and Stripes Lighting. Brandon likes to blame vendors and also customers for their lack of patience and understanding with "supply chain issues" and he likes to throw around legitimate sounding terms like "drop shipped" but the reality is that for this product ordered HALF A YEAR AGO, he is still acting as if this is normal. If he eventually refunds your money, then he acts like he is doing you a favor. How does anyone turn a profit refunding everyone's money and shipping the product at no charge, this illegitimate company. Mistakes happen, but the mistake is choosing this company in the first place. Still never sends product ever!

BUYER BE WARNED!! This company is nothing but a scam and deceptive! After emailing this company on a Friday night I received a call from “ Brandon” claiming that he is the owner and assuring me that that I would receive my order in a few days( I neglected to say this was after more than a month of waiting). Two months later and a few more broken promises nothing. I am notifying the the Better Business Bureau tomorrow and will post a chain of texts from this company. If you have money and time to lose then go ahead but if you don’t stay away because they are LIARS!! I will post a chain of texts from the owner just as I received them. I Vow to follow through and warn everyone in the months to come!!

Stars and Stripes Lighting is a scam. Don't bother placing an order. It will never arrive. They will lie to you in phone calls and e-mails. Don't believe anything they tell you. It's all lies. Don't just take my word for it based on my experience. Just read all of the other reviews here and on BBB.com. The worst bunch of losers I have ever dealt with.

Terrible company to deal with. They make a lot of promises and keep none. Don't know if they actually have any product in stock. Look somewhere else. Would not recommend.
