Terrible management, accounting and deceptive business practices towards parents. The school we visited was a mess and the principals are constantly fired and or rotated and not updated on potential applications. It’s only money first with them and hospitality second.

It depends on what school you take your child too, the franchises have the name and that is what people see. They are not all run the same and don’t have the same standards. The school I have my child at is chaotic but it’s due to the principal and her inability to run the school properly.

DO NOT FOLLOW EMPATHY, SYMPATHY AND KINDNESS My 2.5 yr son goes to Stepping Stone school at Parmer lane has been physically abused by the teacher. He was sent to bigger age group class (3 to 4 yrs old) the whole day. My husband had questioned the management about the class shuffling and they replied saying its temporary. Upon a drop off, the teacher had spoken over the phone saying "Oh!! the boys are already here" with so much frustration. During the nap time, my son had a nose blockage (due to allergies) and he woke up from his sleep. The teacher has threatened him to go back to sleep as he will be disturbing big kids if he is awake/crying. My son has been crying asking for help, and the teacher has dragged him to the sink to wipe the boogers where she lost her control and acted like an animal against my kid, scratching his face starting from eye-lid till jaws with her long nails (I do not know whether is it an act of RACSIM at this point). This incident wasn't communicated to parents, and NO FIRST AID treatment was given to him, leaving my child to suffer till my husband picked him. Upon requesting the video footage, the management is trying to protect their teacher and refused to share the footage (leaving us with lot of questions whether the child has been beaten up or manhandled further). The action by the teacher was confessed and accepted by the teacher herself but still the management doesn't want to take any action. if you are sending any of your kids to STEPPING STONE (ANY LOCATION), please be aware that the management doesn't have any security footage and the live camera in front of the school is just a publicity stunt. Management doesn't take any care of our kid and DO NOT FOLLOW THE VALUES THAT THEY PUBLISH (EMPATHY, SYMPATHY AND KINDNESS).

My 2 daughters attend Stepping Stone School on Rock Prairie and we are always getting compliments on how smart and polite they are. I feel like what they are taught there is priceless. My family and I will always be so thankful for what they have done for my children. They really love and care for them like they are their own children. Thank you, Stepping Stone!

Do not under any circumstances send your children to this “school”. It is nothing more than a poorly organized daycare. I have been inside one of their buildings when I was looking for child care. They are filthy and falling apart. Too many kids were crammed into a small room that felt like it was 80°. The poor worker looked so overwhelmed and exhausted.

Please, check the parent`s ID when you return kids! Parmer/McNeil location, I received 2 years old kid instead my 5 years old girl! When you're sending a report on the kid, make sure the email is correct. For two weeks, somebody else was receiving my email report, instead of me.

My daughter has gone to the Pflugerville (Wells Branch) SS since she was about 18mts old (she's now 6yo). We absolutely love it here! Miss Brenda is absolutely amazing and has been such a great asset since she has taken over as director/principal. We have loved all her teachers thru the years. They give such great attention and care for our baby and I couldn't be more appreciative. I absolutely love how they are taking such great precautions in these trying times. They also opened their school age rooms to the virtual kindergartners and have teachers actually helping them with their school work which is a HUGE help to full-time working parents. They have been such a great support system and always open with communication. I am so grateful to Miss Brenda and her team.

This is a daycare, not a Preschool. Extremely over priced for what they offer, high ratios. They lie to parents and say that they are slow ratio, but I could count how many kids were in the class at the time and they were maxed out with high ratios.
