We have our 3 month enrolled here in the infant class. He loves it here and Ms. Suzy (principal), Ms. Amber and Ms. Evelyn (teachers) take excellent care of him.

We have our infant son enrolled here and he loves going. He always has the biggest smile when he sees his teacher, Ms. Amber. She is so friendly and truly cares about the kids. We appreciate everyone that takes part in caring for our son during our work day. Love the communication, when needed.Thanks to Ms. Nadia and Ms. Haylee as well, you guys are awesome.

We have been sending our kids here for over 4 years. The school has a small daycare feel (only has 5 classrooms total) but has the backing of the corporation. You get to know the other parents and teachers here but the corporation helps with things like staying open during COVID, teacher substitutions, etc. The teachers here definitely care for the kids and it shows in their daily reports and anecdotal stories to us at dropoff and pickup. As with any industry, there has been turnover here, but the current leadership (as of Nov 2022) is very involved, more so than past principals/directors at this location. They fully decked out the school for Halloween and had activities leading up to really get the kids excited and for the younger ones to learn. It makes me look forward to the next holidays here! I'd highly recommend this location for any family.

Our son has gone to stepping stone since he was 4 months old and he's now 4. The school has always been dependable, safe, and trustworthy. Like any daycare, they have issues with turn over, but we've had a consisent enough environment for our kiddo. The teachers have been good about talking thru any behavior issues with us and it feels like a partnership. Our son has also learned a ton and can already recite his ABCs, count to 20, and recognize his letters. He surprises me weekly with what I assune he learns at school. For the price and the overall experience we've had, I give them a 5 star rating. Our kiddo is moving to K4 now and I'll look back at his time at Stepping Stone with a warn heart.

We have been sending our two kids here for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. I love the curriculum that Stepping Stone provides, but the Northcross "campus" (aka converted home) has a small daycare feel. All the teachers know your kids regardless of which classroom they are in. You can tell they all truly care for the kids. They have taught our kids great manners and have helped them explore their creativity and imagination. I was very surprised and grateful for their help and patience while we potty trained our oldest. I have heard from friends where the school required strict items while you are potty training (must wear pull-up for example) but Stepping Stone was simply there to support whatever decision we had made for our daughter. During the pandemic the school never closed which was great for two working parents. They have kept our kids safe and healthy! Should we have more children, I will be sending them all to this school for daycare and pre-k.

Our daughter has only been attending Stepping Stone for a little over two months now, but we can tell she absolutely loves it. On the weekends if she's being fussy we joke that she misses her teacher, Miss Sacorra, and wants to go back to daycare and see her friends. I love their personalized approach and how they truly want to get to know your child and tailor the care to their specific wants and needs.

We are relatively new to Stepping Stone's school but I cant say enough good things about them! The staff is always warm, happy and professional. We so appreciate getting the daily status emails and pictures of our sweet boy. We spent months researching and virtually touring schools before picking Stepping Stones and I am so happy with our decision. It hasn't been easy sending our baby to school during the Covid pandemic but Stepping Stones excellent communication has made us feel at ease!

Our son has been attending this Stepping Stone for over a year, since he was 4 months old. We loved the small size of this location and the approach to the curriculum from the first visit and have really appreciated the daily updates and pictures. Throughout the pandemic SSS has been AMAZING. They have taken every measure to ensure that the children are safe while providing socialization and a loving atmosphere. I truly can say that I think they're the reason why my son is so social and easy-going around others. Sacorra is wonderful with the infants and played a huge role in easing my early fears of leaving my baby with someone else during the days. Now our son is with Victoria, who truly cares about these kids like they are her own. She plans the best art projects and engaging activities for them and I can't wait every day to hear what they did. She really fosters a family-like atmosphere with her class and I love to see the relationship between my son and his friends. Amy, the principal, maintains open lines for communication and feedback and is extremely responsive and present. As a first-time parent, I've honestly leaned on the three of them for advice more times than I can count!

Our son has been going to Stepping Stone Northcross since he was 3 months old. He is now 15 months.The teachers and principal are so friendly and caring. Our son's teacher, Miss Victoria, is amazing!! She is very personable and I can tell she cares so much about the kids. I thoroughly enjoy talking to her at pickup time because she has such excitement talking about the activities her and the kids did for the day. Our son just adores her and her enthusiasm makes me happy that she is his teacher. I know it is hard to find good care for your children and I am very thankful that we found Stepping Stone Northcross.

We love Stepping Stone so much! I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for daycare/pre-school in the Austin area. We especially love our local stepping stone Northcross. The teachers and principle are so loving and supportive. Our children love going to school every day, and they are learning so much from manners to reading and early math. We love it so much we decided not to move so that our kids can continue to go here they're old enough for elementary school.

I absolutely love this location, all the teachers there are amazing, my son has been going here since he was 5 months old and he's just turned 1! I have nothing but good things to say about all the teachers there! I feel completely safe with my son going there with this whole pandemic going on, all the daily updates and pictures throughout the day makes me feel so comfortable with him being there!

My 3 month old baby girl just started this week. I feel right at home, I love the daily pictures and updates through their app. It's a small location so never a lot of people picking up. The teachers seem awesome as well. Excited I chose this location. They all are very personable!

My experience with Stepping Stone Northcross has been extremely positive since my initial interaction with the school. From the first visit I knew my daughter would be happy, receive excellent care and grow in many ways. Not only do they take great care of my 19 month old daughter meeting all her needs as she goes through her developmental transitions, they additionally are very supportive to my family as a whole as we’ve made the transition to childcare outside of the home. This school has much to offer children and their parents. It feels more like a home than a center. The staff are truly caring, loving individuals and have a passion for what they do. ❤️

We've been so lucky to find Stepping Stone for our daughter. She loves miss Sacorra in the infant room, we can tell because she has a huge grin each time she sees her. The whole staff seems great and they certainly care about the kids. They are always offering to try new things to build good habits, making good suggestions, and are really are helping our daughter develop. Would certainly recommend.
