No hassle experience!! Jesus took great care of us! We test drove the RDX for my daughter, got approved thru American Honda Financial, and signed in less than an hour and half. By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend Sterling Acura! Just make sure not to miss the driveway! I had to make the uturn at Ben White and Stassney because I did! But well worth the extra mile!

My recent experience at this dealership was nothing short of appalling. The salespeople here are not just untrustworthy but exhibit a level of moral bankruptcy that is outright reprehensible. To my utter disbelief, I discovered that they actively engage in promoting fraudulent behavior by posting on TikTok about various methods to swindle customers. Their unabashed audacity in sharing these deceptive strategies publicly is not only irresponsible but also indicative of their flagrant disregard for basic ethical standards.
The level of duplicitousness displayed by the staff here is genuinely astonishing. It is as if they derive some perverse pleasure from exploiting unsuspecting customers. Their TikTok videos are practically instructional guides on how to manipulate, deceive, and con unsuspecting individuals into paying far more than they should for vehicles that are often subpar in quality.
To say that this dealership is a disreputable establishment would be an understatement. They are a veritable cesspool of deception, epitomizing everything that is wrong with the car sales industry. If you value your hard-earned money and wish to avoid being taken advantage of, steer clear of this disgraceful establishment. Their conduct is beyond reprehensible, and their lack of integrity is nothing short of scandalous. Save yourself the frustration and indignation—avoid this dealership like the plague!

I had a great experience with Sterling Acura of Austin! It was my first time purchasing a brand new car and they made the process easy and fun. Edgar was kind and helpful throughout. When I needed to make sure my dog crate fit in the trunk, he didn't hesitate to help me carry it to and from my car. I really appreciated little details like this. Ari and Traye were also awesome. I love my new MDX and I'm thankful I bought it here!

Unethical dealership, bought a CPO from them and had it shipped. The car arrived with dents and scratches that were covered under the CPO program warranty but they refused to fix it. I fought tooth and nail for about 6 months to recover about 1/3 the cost to get it fixed properly at an Acura certified pro body shop. After many months, days, hours they kept trying to tell me it could be fixed for less, somewhere, but they dont know where. Finally a place with only a few reviews said they would do the touch up paint for a lower amount but not the dents. The whole team outside of the GM was very disrespectful and tried their blame me for buying the car when I was assured all dents/scratches would be fixed ahead of time per the Acura CPO guidelines. The finance manager tried many times to leave the CPO off the paperwork, i had to tell him im not buying the car unless he checks the box that puts the warranty the TX registration paperwork. The system to execute the order line was not user friendly. Also, they are deceptive with pricing, I paid full list price and told them i did not want any paint protection but they still thew on a $1,500 fee for wax protection and interior ArmorAll and said they wouldn't sell me the car without it. I ended up having to wash it off the interior when it arrived because it smelt. If they had sold the car per CPO guidelines it would of been fine, but the sales team, assistant manager, manager did everything to deny payment and Acura/Honda parent didint help. Finally the GM helped but even he tried low balling the payment for months. I was not going to write this review but I was checking my email for something else and came across a nasty email and decided other people should be informed so they can do their best it dosnt happen to them.

My daughter took her car in for service on July 10th, and this was her first experience with this dealership. After the suggested items were done, she drove off and within 5-10 minutes, her car completely stopped on the service road of I-35 and immediately the battery and oil lights were flashing in her car. The car was not drivable and while one person was helping to direct and divert traffic, she and several other people had to push the car into a McDonald's parking lot. She called the dealership, and they gave her the phone number for a tow truck and she was told "she has to pay for it now and then they would reimburse her if they found it was something on them". Lo and behold, we were told that the air box had "screws missing" and brake fluid that they changed was leaking into the box. After speaking to a mechanic I know at a different dealership, the ONLY way this could happen was if the cap was left off when the brake fluid was changed. They showed or had no concern that a young 24 year old woman was stranded on the side of I-35 and could have been seriously injured or worse, not only by her car immediately stopping, but she could have been hit on the service road at any time while traffic was being diverted or while the car was being pushed off to safety. And their remedy was to offer two future free oil changes for any inconvenience. To call putting not only her but several other people who were kind enough to help in danger by moving a car that they damaged an "inconvenience" is insulting. Do NOT trust them with your car.

Purchased my Acura Integra on Mother’s Day weekend and I had the pleasure of working with Edgar and his team. He made our buying experience very easy and pleasant! He is a definite 5 star!
