I lost my regular dental provider of over 20 years to colon cancer about three years ago. His death was sudden and unexpected. After his passing, I decided to give the dentist who purchased his practice a chance to meet my dental needs and see if they could meet or exceed my expectations. While this dentist did meet my expectations, they made the decision to no longer accept my dental insurance. Consequently, they started "back-billing" me for the uncovered costs of my periodic cleanings, which had previously been fully covered by my insurance. This situation negated the purpose of having dental insurance, and despite meeting my expectations, the dentist did not exceed them.Thus, for approximately two years, I searched for a dental practice that accepts my insurance and does not belong to a franchise organization, such as Castle Dental, etc. Eventually, I came across Dr. Koprivnik on ZocDoc. At my first appointment, I was attended to by his dental hygienist, who provided excellent service. She informed me about areas of my gums that required more attention and suggested various tools to use at appropriate frequencies. Her approach was both gentle and thorough.During my visit, I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Koprivnik himself. He displayed exceptional professionalism and had a very personable demeanor. I later returned to the office for restorative work, specifically the removal of an old crown that was leaking and had decay underneath. It was during this procedure that I experienced Dr. Koprivnik's exceptional bedside manner. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them. One of his truly outstanding skills was his ability to administer novocaine/lidocaine with minimal to no pain. Typically, injections of medication cause significant discomfort, yet Dr. Koprivnik's technique completely eliminated any pain during the administration of anesthesia. I was amazed at his expertise. The restorative procedure itself was entirely painless and successful.

Dr. Koprivnik and his staff are the best; it's the best dental experience I've ever had (and I'm pretty scared of the entire experience). The dental hygienists are also incredible. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr. Koprivnik for over ten years now. He has helped me tremendously with some issues with a couple of my teeth. Him and his staff are extremely helpful and kind. I am grateful to have an amazing dentist to help keep my mouth clean!Thank you ?

I recently started working remotely from Austin. Normally, I am work during the week in San Francisco where I have had the same dentist for the past 11 years. Given the circumstances, I needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Koprivnik and his team were recommended to me by a friend. I was nervous starting with a new dentist but my anxiety quickly disappeared. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The office was immaculate and processes/protocols reflected incredible care and thoughtfulness to the well-being of their patients. Dr. Koprivnik was awesome and made me feel as if I had been a patient for decades. I am so happy to have found a great dentist!

I've been seeing Dr. Koprivnik and his team for 4 years now and have always had a great experience. They provide personal care, honest suggestions, are timely, and I've never had any issues with my insurance. Would definitely recommend.

I am really disappointed with my results. I paid thousands of dollars to get Invisalign and it did not fix my teeth. They were not bad before, I had braces as a kid but they shifted a little as I stopped wearing my retainer. I just had a small overbite. After all that money was put into Invisalign, I have an uneven bite and an overbite.... I contacted Dr. Koprivnik and he wants me to pay more money to fix it...... It is dishonest to sell someone Invisalign, fully knowing they expect it to fix their teeth, and then tell me I need to pay more to do so. The lady at the front desk has always been so nice! She made it a pleasure to visit. However, I am very disappointed with the way Dr. Koprivnik handled the situation. My teeth are not what I expected, I should be given at least a partial refund so I can fix them elsewhere...

Dr. Koprivnik and his crew have always been great with me regarding their services. I've been with them for over a decade now and they're the best if you are looking into getting dental work done. I recently had some new dental work done and I'm beyond ecstatic about the final results. Please give them a high consideration if you are looking for a new dentist.
