I have never had a repeatedly negative experience with a business like I have Stonegate. You can not talk with someone from the pharmacy over the phone. You call and they say they will text or email you back within 72 hours. I have been waiting for my prescription to be refilled for 21 days. How can this be okay to have customers waiting this long?

My first experience with Stonegate Pharmacy was disappointing. While I understood the delay in filling my prescription due to high demand, the real issue began with the delivery process. I received a text that my medication was ready for shipment, but despite tracking information stating it would arrive by Saturday at noon, it was never picked up. My follow-up text went unanswered for over 24 hours, and even then, I received no clear explanation about when it would actually be shipped. By Monday afternoon, I still had no update. Calling the pharmacy only connects you to a third-party service that promises a response within 48 hours, making it impossible to get real-time assistance. This delay forced me to cancel travel plans and left me concerned about my medication sitting unattended at my doorstep. Unfortunately, this experience has pushed me to look for another pharmacy.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt and horrible communication. It is impossible to speak to an actual employee on the phone, just an answering service that have no information and cannot answer any questions, completely useless. Actual employees only respond by text, and take DAYS to respond, if they ever do. Walgreens and other compounding pharmacy have far better customer service. As soon as my current prescription is filled, if it ever is, I will be switching back to Drug Crafters in DFW and having my medicine shipped. This is ridiculous.

I’ve used Stonegate for over a year and have referred them to others as well. Unfortunately, I’m looking for another pharmacy. The communication is so poor and unpredictable. Where some things improved such as turn around time - I can’t seem to get a new prescription processed. When you do get someone on the phone they’re polite and informative but calls are not made in a timely manner. Ive followed up with my provider multiple times and they ensured they’ve sent and spoke to the pharmacy the day the Rx is sent and it’s been almost a week with no update after multiple attempts to make contact. I’ll likely not have my medication on time and will miss multiple doses at this rate.

There has been a problem having my prescription filled. Stephanie from Stonegate Pharmacy did call me regarding my texts about the delays, and we are working on a solution. She was thorough in her explanation of what happened, so hopefully, we move forward at this point.

The pharmacist are great. They have all the information that you might need if you have any questions in regards to your medication. The reason that I rated this company a three star is because actually getting a hold of someone that has information is not that simple. They reach out to you via text and they don’t always respond the same day. If you call in, you speak to someone from an answering service who then relays the information to a pharmacist or someone on the sales team, who will then contact you via text or email within 1 to 3 days. I just wish it was easier to have interaction with them. Now they do ask if your message is urgent, and I’m sure they’ll respond a lot quicker if you say it is. They move slower than a competitor in the same business, but they’re prices are better.

I’m very frustrated by their lack of communication. They overcharged me for my last order and will not respond to my questions. Their slow response is extremely frustrating. It’s very unprofessional.

Once I was able to finally speak to a representative they were very helpful. Armando answered my questions and was good about giving me the info I needed. However, it took over a week to be able to speak to a staff person and texting was not readily answered or helpful. Also the on call service could not help me, just sent a message that I needed to speak to a staff member. It was pretty frustrating until I was able to speak to Armando. If you need to refill something start the process early!

Please understand that the 5 star reviews are FAKE. They try to address the bad reviews with the random 5 star reviews. Which are few are far between. Also know the one star review are really no star reviews because they dont even deserve one star. Please send you complaints to the Texas board of pharmacist as myself and other have done because this is not safe.
First off the pharmacist that works there should be embarrassed but he is not . He was quite condescending and has a complete disregard for patient safety. It is unsafe for people regardless of the medication to run out. They have had my prescription for a month . Apparently for GLP1 the wait time is 3 to 4 weeks which isn’t noted on the website . If you are talking a glp1 please find another pharmacy because you will run out . You can’t call and text will be ignored . I am currently at the pharmacy waiting for my meds that has been in the same status for a week. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist his only response is that they were behind and I could PAY $50 to expedite it . How do you keep a prescription for a month and ignore all communication and then tell the customer that they could pay to expedite it? This pharmacy is a money grab . I would not send my prescription to this pharmacy bc you cannot call and they ignore text. The online portal is not accurate . This is a trash pharmacy and the pharmacist is a money hungry parasite. If they wanted to make this place more efficient stop taking so many orders until you have the STAFF and an additional LOCATION to facilitate the volume of customers . It is not safe to run out of your medication and even if you submit it ahead of time it still takes almost a MONTH to get the prescription . Oh if you are okay with paying an extra $50 you can get your medication on time . Even if you have question about the medication you will to not be able to reach out to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

Pedro was great when he called me back after reviewing my text messages. He was very informative. I wish that I had known before what I know now but regardless now I know. Things take more time with everyone starting to use compounded medications so allow for a long week or so before you receive your order. The packing is great and all arrived in great condition. Pedro deserved 5 stars but over all the process is 4 stars. Faster delivery and faster phone and text response would change all to 5 stars.
