I recently had the pleasure of using a storage facility that truly exceeded my expectations. The standout feature of my experience was the amazing staff, particularly Tim Brown, who went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help that instantly put me at ease.
Tim's knowledge about the facility and the services offered was impressive. He took the time to explain the different storage options available and helped me select the perfect unit for my needs. What really impressed me was how patient he was in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. It's clear that Tim genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, which made the entire process seamless.

Exceeds expectations. I must have been scarred watching my parents rent a unit at a young age because I didn’t expect much. I’ve honestly felt like I was at a five star hotel. Never been to one but I have seen movies. Tim is so kind and friendly. He is the good neighbor you hear about in all those State Farm commercials but unlike Jake he isn’t an actor. Just a personable dude. Another member of his staff, I believe Shannon, helped me out when I first got situated a year back and the process was breeze. Hell, I even laughed. Really great team, clean space, and affordable too. I also work in the service industry and it makes me happy to know there’s still places likes this that treat customers like friends and take deep pride in the work they do every single day. Thanks guys.

I have been renting a unit at this location for 2 years and I always receive excellent customer service and Tim is always professional and available to assist. The facility is always well maintained and clean. I recommend this storage property to anyone needing storage. They also have a fabulous wine cellar and humidor.

I have had a unit here since 2013. Tim is the absolute best. I’m a creative & I travel abroad often, so sometimes I need a gentle reminder to pay my bill and I have lost my keys more than once - and though I am a handful he always takes good care of me and helps me without making me feel at all like a burden. He is always professional and very kind.
The building and grounds are super clean and well maintained, just as nice as the day this place was built.
The location is very convenient to my South Austin home. All in all the best storage unit and best management I have ever done business with.

This is by far the best storage option out there! The facility is very secure and very clean. Tim the manager is super friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to have found this place. Our stuff is secure and safe and taken care of.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stor on South Lamar, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, safe, and secure, which instantly put my mind at ease. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the music playing throughout the facility—it created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

David is a gem! I walked in right befoe he closed on Saturday (unknowingly) and he gave me five star treatment! After checking out so many other storage facilities, and being terribly disappointed, I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and professional and kind David was. I highly recommend!
