My husband and I have been working with Chris Hernandez since 2013 and we cannot say enough about how much we appreciate him. He helped us turn a challenging and difficult mess into a robust plan that has worked beyond our expectations. Chris didn’t just give us good advice or a quick fix, he gave us lasting solutions that continue to meet our needs as we age and our lives change.
He supported us as we cared for an aging parent, providing solutions that met our ever changing needs. Because we had Chris to guide us, we were able to care for our loved one the way we wanted to without worrying the money would run out. (I cannot begin to imagine how hard our journey would have been if we had stayed with our previous financial advisor.)
We can never thank Chris enough for how much genuine help he has brought to our family and we cherish the relationship we have built with him over years of being his client.

My husband and I cannot believe that this level of customer service exists, to be honest. We were with another company for many years and it always felt like a struggle trying to get in contact with them, and get solid direction on how to prepare for our future. The communication and direction from Strategic Capital has blown us away. Not only are we thrilled with how they are handling our finances, but there is no question that we don't feel comfortable asking, and there is never a time that we aren't able to get in touch with them immediately. In addition to all of that, which would be more than enough on its own, they have given us several referrals for other services we were seeking. I've just started working with Chris and Bobby and have never felt so reassured by folks in the financial business.
They have been so attentive and caring when it comes to my concerns and questions. They go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable working with them. It feels like a real partnership. They even laugh at my lame jokes sooooo my decision to work them feels right.
Seriously though, I have had some trust issues when it comes to being taken advantage of or having the wool pulled over my eyes but Chris and Bobby have earned my complete trust. I am so grateful they have taken me on as a client and my future feels so safe with them.
***Also, because I would want to read a review that includes this***I am a newly divorced woman who doesn't have a money-wise father in her life to help get her situated or to offer her advice. So Chris and Bobby have felt like smart, caring, older brothers who look out for and honor/respect women. I feel safe and not once have they been patronizing to me when I ask even the most basic questions. I've also dropped the ball on some things and their patience has astounded me.
Great people, great business practices, and overall, a perfect experience.
