We waited!
The website does a great job of offering the 20% off but that does not transfer to walk ins and we were not referred back to site to gain that benefit. My real issue with my visit was the small space and disorganization. Two people came in after us and got in before us. They asked the same questions I did and had no appointment as well. The staff that helped us was pleasant and transparent about pricing but definitely not the wait time. We arrived at 345 and we were told 10 minutes. By 445 we left and this was after those arriving after us were seen first. The pricing is outrageous and if it wasn’t for the poor organization, small space and wait time we would have stayed and paid.
Oh and the place we went to after got us in right away and the price was way cheaper to include the jewelry!!

Had a good first experience at studs. My piercer, Tara, had my two flats helix piercings done in 5 minutes!
Another good experience with Mikayla this time. She helped me adjust the placement of my first lobe piercings and I'm much happier with them now.

This year alone I’ve gotten 5 piercings. I love this location and their team. The needle piercing by far is the quickest and less painful way to be pierced. I also love their selection of piercing jewelry. Would recommend! Just make an appointment, they fill up pretty quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at this Studs! I had never gotten a cartilage piercing so I was very nervous, but my piercer was so sweet and did an amazing job. It turned out super cute and I have had no problems with healing! I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I would not go here for piercing. I booked this appt a week in advance, drove over an hour to get there and they cancelled the appt as I was walking into the store. That is very unprofessional. The lady used the excuse of being sick. The employee could have called me when they opened if the piercer was actually sick, but she waited 5 mins until the appt time to let me know it was cancelled. I will not be back here and I advise you go somewhere else for ear piercing.

I had a great experience! Easy to use online appointment schedule. Was greeted with a big smile and eagerness to help. The prices and recommendations where provided clearly and up front. I went a year ago to get my cartilage pierced and it never healed because it was pierced at an angle instead of straight through. Three days after getting pierced there, I got pierced at Platinum Ink for a forward helix that healed with no issue because it was done CORRECTLY. I am never going back and now I have to wait for this to close before getting it repierced.
