I’ve been coming here for almost a year, but I feel like the salon doesn’t really appreciate loyal customers. If something goes wrong, there’s no effort to fix it , it feels like it’s all about money rather than caring for clients
Will not be back!

They are all super nice and follow instructions well. Their prices are super good and they don't try to sell you more or change prices once you pay. I really like this place

The lady didn’t even look at me, she just told me the wait was going to be an hour and some change, that it was going to take long… there where 2 customers on the chair and no one else in the shop… the lady was helping no one, after she said she couldn’t help me I left I was in there for 5 mintues max. Being a young black woman in Austin im used to it, it’s just kind of annoying always having to go from shop to shop Yk.. all I wanted was to fix my 2 big toes lol 😭

I always come here for my nails pedicures and eyebrow waxing I'm always satisfied with the work it's hard to believe the reviews I just read smh only thing is they can be a little pricey, but the work is good work P.s always go to the lady on the first station to ur left she's the best

I wish I could give zero stars. I came in today for a pedicure, i walked in a guy(worker) was laying on the couch and another female worker was sitting in a chair tinkering with her phone. The guy asked if she was available (assuming here, they didn't speak in English) she looked up and made a face as if she couldn't be bothered. He mumble something back to her and slowly walked to set up the station. This service:greeting was lackluster and the workers appear lazy. Take your business elsewhere. I declined services.

Served by oriental people, perhaps they are family; two big people and a young one. They speak English.
It is a place where sometimes you have to wait to be served due to its demand.
It has a waiting area, they also perform facial hair removal work.
To one side there is a liquor store and a laundromat.

a friend of mine was told not to come back because they did not tip enough....if anyone is a paying customer they should be satisfied with the service that is being provided. I think it is something way deeper than not tipping ENOUGH..

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT GO to this salon the owner is a raging lunatic after chasing a woman to her car threatening violence because he did a horrible old fashioned style in her nails!! Her nails were not shaped, uneven and all longer than the other!! I will not be going back to his business after what I saw! The woman had to call 911 btw!

The owner of this place is selfish and told me I couldn't come back after I've been going here for over 5 years because I didn't tip him more than $10. This is the most discriminating place I have ever been too. They are not careful with their work they have cut my nails so many times and didn't even acknowledge it.

Style Nails is the worst place in Austin, Texas to go to they are extremely rude, obnoxious, and money hungry they discriminate against elderly black people and expect for them to pay 50 dollars in tip after paying hundred dollars in service…. My mother was told not to come back there because she gave an 8 dollar tip and her tip wasn't big enough smh.. If there was a slap button on here I would have smashed that button smh..?
