I don't know if this guy was having an off day or what, but one of the employees was very rude to an elderly customer. This guy was getting mad at her for not responding to questions and when she told him she had trouble hearing what was being said his response was "That doesn't matter. You have to answer the questions." He wasn't even working with her and was ringing me up while he was yelling across the counter at her for taking too long. There wasn't anyone behind her either. The other employee could've just spoken louder to accommodate the fact that she was hard of hearing, but instead, this guy just dug in and continued to harass her. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate all around

I just want to take the time to thank the gentleman who served me today. He was so nice and helpful. The best Subway experience I've ever had. The shop was nice and clean and the service was great! I was there a little after 5:30pm.

I would never give a Subway more points than I have here simply because number one I believe there's always room for improvement number two none of the employees at Subway feels invested in their job they feel like they just want to leave and the food is not appealing on the eye the translucent cucumbers the scoops that they use to take the meat out with it all needs to be revamped and redone. But this particular subway that I went to was contrary to all of those it was clean it was neat the employees were efficient knowledgeable and dropped a job done and weren't skimpy. And no translucent cucumbers. Thanks for a good sandwich you guys

Something always happens when it's not the system, it's the broken bathroom, or the oven that doesn't work. But something always happens. I generally love this restaurant chain. But I don't recommend this location at all…

I’m writing this because just now I seen the owner in there by himself working, serving a line of people all by himself. I’m assuming his employees called in but he stepped up and tried serving everyone. Poor guy was in the weeds. I actually ended up leaving and not even getting a sandwich cuz the line was so long l but I respect the hustle!

I've gone to many subway and I've met the owner once and he was really nice. His employees were nice and the food was amazing! I have the biggest issue with the toaster! It either burns my damn sandwiches and they are hard! Or they don't toast enough... this place is amazing! Always does a great job!

I went into Subway today only to be told by the worker he wasn’t taking anymore customers. It was 7pm and he had a line of people, looked like he was working alone and was overwhelmed. I don’t understand how employees can turn away customers during business hours. That’s unacceptable. I will never return to this location, if you decide to take a chance to go there good luck, they might not serve you.

Everything was great! The ingredients were fresh and looked well stocked. The staff were smiling and friendly. We got 6 inch sandwiches with drinks and chips/cookies. I ordered online using the app. When I go pickup the store is closed. It actually closed 3 hours before it says on the website and even the store window. I knock on the window and the manager says there's a problem with the app. I tell her it charged my account. She says it will be refunded. She said if not that night come back tomorrow and she'll refund me with cash. I returned the next day and no refund. She made a call to headquarters and they told her my money would be refunded. It's been a week and no refund. It's not the store staff's fault but I strongly recommend you NEVER order with the app nor website. Subway owes me $22 plus. Subway corporation is dishonest and has horrible customer service! ZERO STARS!!!
