This was the worst subway experience I ever had in my life. I put it online order via my phone on to pick up my order. When I arrive to the restaurant I was told that they hadn't received my order and that I didn't have in order there when in actuality the order just hadn't finished processing yet. I showed the male worker my phone to verify my order before he even made the order. After he made the order he did not want to give me the order because he said he needed to make sure it was my order even though I had already shown him the order via my phone prior to him making the order. His excuse was that he had to do this for all deliveries, but I informed him several times that this order was not a delivery order and I had placed an online order on my phone and even showed him my phone once again before he made the order. He refused to hand over my order until he seen my ID which I had to go all the way back out to the car to show him because my phone had died, and I wasn't able to show him once again my order via my phone. I have never had to show my driver's license to anyone to pick up an order that I already told him was mines prior to him even making it. I also told him the name on the ticket receipt so he knew it was me but he claimed that he still needed proof of my ID. I felt that this was a very racist and embarrassing experience as I had to go all the way out to the car to grab my ID just to get my food. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Went in and only 1 employee working. Didnt even get acknowledged after saying hello. They were working on an online pick up order and rather then take care of the person in front of them, all I got was ignored. Waited patiently and still nothing. Saw other guests walk in and left. Who knows how long they will be willing to wait.

Last night at a different subway we had a unfriendly service so manager gave us 2free six inch subs . Ok, awesome so we go to this one off blue. Holding coupons very visible, the worker makes both and then upn receiving our coupons says oh no we don't accept these here.

I ordered lunch fir delivery via subway website. I did not get my complete order, nor was it made correctly. I tried calling the store several times there was no answer. I tried calling subway corporate office and I was told that they don't longer take phone calls I have to use a website. I had an issue from another store location that I use their website for help and I'm still waiting to hear back two weeks later. I have deleted the SUBWAY® app from my phone I will no longer be a customer of Subway. In 2022 if this is what your customer service looks like and your stores aren't able to execute their jobs properly do us all a favor; shut your lights off, lock the door, and close the store down permanently. Ps. The $3.00 refund was "nice" but too little, too late. Shame on you.
