This subway has come a long way. They typically have the most options if you use the app compared to other nearby subways. They also have prepared our sandwiches to the most potential in comparison to other experiences with subway locations.

A woman is working there and she is really impolite. I had an online order and although on the app my order was ready, I had to wait more than 20 min there to make my order. And when I claimed on them, that woman not only wasn't sorry about the issue, but she said we can cancel your order. Very disappointed about her

I'd like to share my wonderful experience at this cafe. Firstly, the ambiance was immaculate, creating a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a delightful freshness in every bite. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations and answer any questions. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.

I would like to share my negative experience regarding our recent order placed on January 21, 2024 (Order #: 3E697C0C-76). I am attaching the receipt for our order to this message. Since we opted for pickup, we did not have the opportunity to check the order on the spot. Upon returning home, we discovered that we received completely different ingredients than what we had ordered. Instead of chicken, we received pork, green pepper was replaced with jalapeños, and fresh cucumbers were provided instead of pickles, and so on.I am attaching photos as evidence. This has greatly disappointed us and left a negative impression of your restaurant and the professionalism of your staff. Unfortunately, the application does not allow us to leave feedback on the order, which is inconvenient for the customer, especially considering the size of your company.I hope you will take our feedback into consideration and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service.

Ordered from here, just now. Stale bread on both sandwiches. Very disappointing. Called manager at store and she said it was baked today. Stale bread.

i ordered a sandwich off of door dash they didn’t add the lettuce so my sandwich was plain. never coming back to this because my brother called this subway before hand telling them to add the lettuce they said okay and didn’t add it.

Wow, this subway is awesome. I placed a mobile order and got it within minutes of walking in. The employees were working like a well oiled machine. Everything about this location was clean and professional. Will definitely be back!

Got the Turkey and Ham on Italian bread...toasted. Was delicious. Bread was fresh as always. Staff was friendly and helpful except one guy who clearly didn't want to be there. Happens. Not a fan of the tip prompt on the POS device. I realize that the employees need an easy way to obtain non-cash tips but this is getting ridiculous. Everywhere you go there are prompts for tips. Generally not a fan of tipping unless you're being served at a bar or restaurant or the service was extraordinary.
