One person during lunch hour. One person to make the sandwiches and also handle the payment. There were people lined up to the door waiting. It's not good customer service, but even worse treatment of your employee to make him handle all that.

We've tried this Subway a good handful of times. Our curbside orders haven't been correct. At least 3 out of 5 times when we've gone in, they were out of multiple items. This last time, they had no bread. We will not be returning to this location again.

1. The app crashed three times before the order would go through. Yay technology!2. My three sandwiches were supposed to be ready at 5:25. I showed up at 5:25. Nope! I ended up waiting another ten minutes. There were two employees working. There was one other customer there ordering ONE sandwich. There were no other orders being filled. As I waited, one employee was making a sandwich for the in store customer while the other employee decided to start putting dough in the oven.3. The in store customer asked if they could cut her 12” sandwich into four parts. (High maintenance much?) Unfortunately, this request was too challenging for the employee making her sandwich, so he switched places with his partner.4. The no-cutting employee decided to take his gloves off and put on another pair. Question: How long does it take for a Subway employee to switch gloves? Answer: I don’t know because he was still working on it while the other employee finished up both orders.5. They finally finished my order. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be toasted. When I got to my car, I noticed that the toasted sandwich didn’t feel like it was toasted. I went back inside and asked if the sandwich was toasted. They assured me that it was. I believed them because at one point during the sandwich making marathon I saw one of the employees pull that sandwich out of the oven. After I got home, I unwrapped the “toasted” sandwich. It was cold, and it wasn’t cold because it had been sitting for four hours while they made my other two sandwiches. Nope! It had never been toasted.Suggestion: when you’re training new Subway employees, maybe add that it’s not enough to just put a sandwich in the oven. You also have to turn the fu*%ing thing on.6. They forgot to put cheese on the supposed-to-be-toasted sandwich. I mean, if you’re going to screw up an entire Subway experience for a customer, go big or go home, right??7. Thanks Subway! Never again, but tell Jarod I said hello.

Very friendly workers here. They try to work fast during busy times even when they are understaffed. I appreciate their hard work.

Messed up my online order and the manager doesn’t care. Paid extra for guacamole and didn’t get any, tried to call over 15 times the night of the incident and over 40 times to speak to the manager the next morning and they can’t even answer the phone to try to help their customers. How is this store even still in business, cold meatballs, cold frozen chicken that wasn’t melting cheese. Messed up all of the sandwiches on an online order. All I can say is they need new management in that store for sure

First of all, I know it's a pandemic and takeout orders don't always pan out as planned. Second, I'm not in the habit of posting bad reviews. I placed an order online at 5pm with estimated pick-up of 5:20pm. There were 2 people in front of me so I stood in line to ask for my order. At 5:30 my order hadn't even been started. Fine, I'll wait a little bit. The sandwich artisan still had the need to start sandwiches for the people behind me, ahead of mine. It's not the clerk's fault. He did the best he could. Times should be adjusted to reflect longer prep time and/or the owner could staff the venue better. An apology would've been nice. I put that on the clerk.
