The old lady dont speak english snd had a hard time understanding my order, i had even pointed and say the numbering from the menu to her and she cant understand which one i want. She kept on speaks spanish with me even though she knows i dont understand what she is saying. Wow.

The new employees during the weekday lunch shift are quite bad. They make really sloppy and not proportionate sandwiches. I used to work at a subway in high school many years ago, so I know how nice the sandwiches should and can be. The new workers are slow. There are a lot of businesses/ offices in the surrounding area so the lunch rush can be intense, however the new workers seem to have no sense of urgency. Most people have a timed lunch, and waiting in the line at subway shouldn't take up half or even your entire lunch break, especially when the service is garbage and the sandwiches look like crap. Also, last but not least they overall do not present themselves professionally. It's a sandwich shop so I don't expect a red carpet and suits and ties, but like I said before I worked at a subway and I know how one should conduct themselves there. I disliked the service so much that I decided to not go there for a while to allow time for the newbies to get up to speed. It's really close to my work so I like to go often but I waited about a month hoping when I returned the service, timelines and sandwich assembly to have improved, but it hasn't. I don't think anyone is holding them accountable and to a standard. Please get them up to par or replace them.And now they closed early today. At least 10 minutes early.

It was almost impossible to order a plain ham and cheese and a spicy Italian because the employees didn’t speak any English or even Spanish. And we were rushed paying, my second sandwich wasn’t finished getting a bunch of extra add ons, and the lady rung it up as a plain sandwich. I think that is bad for the company, not bad for my pocket haha

Stopped to pick up sandwiches for a flight. Food was standard subway sandwiches which is not bad. 4 stars. The restrooms on the other hand were terrible.

I’m the only customer there and three employees behind the counter. Each one looked up at me and never had the courtesy to say hello, may I help you…Nothing! Worst Customer Service I’ve experienced in a long time. They missed a great tip for a Christmas gifts at that….I will never return…even the guy who came in as I was waiting told them as I walked out “you should at least speak to your customers or they will leave”

The service was slow. I spent 20 minutes in the line before I was able to place my order. I thought Subway was supposed to be quick. Then the staff had an attitude because I asked why were they moving so slow. Why was stuff not ready? My lunch is thirty minutes and I wasted all of it trying to get a sandwich. I went there because it's three minutes from my job, but will never go again.

Ordered via uber eats and bunch of things were wrong. The subway was NOT toasted, which is a huge factor if it’s good or not. Ordered 7 cookies and got wrong flavors (ordered 4 chocolate chip and didn’t get a SINGLE chocolate chip. WORST SUBWAY EVER.
