i was dressed casually and feel they didnt take me seriously. they wasted my time drove thru rush hour, lady that checked me in barely said hello. waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time for Aiden. barely apologized for keeping me waiting. barely walked me through the store. seemed like he expected me to pick a blazer off the wall and purchase after 5 minutes of talking.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I spent over a thousand dollars in my first shopping visit to Suitsupply, only to find out after that the customer support is non-existent. I had an issue with one of the pieces I purchased and went into the store to make a return (following the clear return policy they have on their website) and was told that they could not do anything in the store, and I should call the customer service phone line. What a joke! I called 3 times, on 3 different days, and was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. I then sent an email to their support email listed on the website and it's been 2 weeks without a response. STAY AWAY!

From Savile Row Standards to Subpar Shenanigans there is no patching this experience.
I’ve long admired SuitSupply’s continental charm, having shopped their London, Amsterdam, and Düsseldorf outposts, I always encountered refined service seamlessly woven with attentiveness and decorum. Sadly, the Austin location unraveled that legacy with shocking efficiency.
My husband and I entered with high expectations and left baffled by the lack of basic courtesy. We were initially ignored. When attention finally arrived, it was not to assist, but to inform us they were “too busy.” A courteous young associate tried to help, only to be shooed off to lunch mid-conversation, nipped at the bud and belittled for his attempt at genuine service.
We waited for over half an hour, patiently reviewing our options, invisible in a showroom of fine tailoring and frayed service. Ironically, I had sung the brand’s praises before we entered. I now regret the endorsement.
It’s not just about a suit... it’s about the experience. And when the cloth is fine but the cut is careless, it shows. My husband, who has a growing collection of suits who could have been a life long customer will not be returning. A brand that prides itself on craftsmanship should know: the finest stitch means nothing if you leave your clients hanging by a thread.
I'd hate to blame crassness and lack of culture for the tragic service but clearly your Austin staff are not cut from the same cloth as the others. Sadly this location does not measure up and we will not be returning.

It was our first time at Suitsupply. Their system of "go find some suits that appeal to you then we'll help you customize them" is simple and refreshing. Sparkle helped us through the process and she was excellent.

I had a really great experience. Lisa was my advisor and she was phenomenal. I came in for a suit for upcoming job interviews and they have so many really great suits that it was hard to choose one but that said I really love what was presented to me and what I ultimately ended up getting.
The store is really nice and they offer you a complimentary beverage. I’m wasn’t used to the level of attentiveness you get at a store like this… it’s really nice.
Im definitely going to be coming back because they just have so many beautiful clothes and the service is impeccable.
