The front office communication regarding work orders is pretty bad. Not many English speaking workers, contractors. 20 minutes before workers arrived, an email was sent to say they are on the way. That was it. Not what to prepare for, what to get ready, move outta the way. Nothing. Come on man.

I been living at Sullivan apartments for about 2yrs and is been great so far! ... Buildings,amenities and parks are always in good condition and well care,(only issue,dogs waste living on grass, but that's resident's fault!) Is a good community,peaceful and pleasant to live in.When I had requested a issue,is been solved quickly and always with a big sense of care by Ernesto,and in the office by Michelle Torres and Michelle Schenk,that's always appreciated in order to living in a nice and good community.

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle Torres and Michelle Schenk recently at Sullivan Apartments and we was so impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns, and they made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend both Michelle Torres and Michelle Schenk to anyone looking for a place to call home. Their commitment to customer service is outstanding, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a new apartment.

The truth is that this complex leaves a lot to be said about the mistreatment of the office employees. Michelle does not give the correct information, not to mention the behavior and mistreatment of Ramón, one of the maintenance workers. We pay a lot for this complex and I think they should have more qualified personnel who can speak English because in some emergency situations, how would they communicate is very serious.

We have been living here for a little over a year. We love that they have monthly events for the residents to get together do something fun. They had a petting zoo, summer fun for the kids with a bounce house, a summer camp for the kids and even nights for adults as examples of some stuff they had in the past. Would recommend living here

Kinz and Amanda, the Community Event coordinators, are awesome! Every event they have for our apartment community is great! They go above and beyond for us. We always look forward for events. Thank you Kinz and Amanda for all you both do! Cannot wait for the next one!

This 5-star review is for Ernesto Cepero, one of the maintenance guys since he is the best thing the complex has, a professional in his work and a very good person, whenever I have needed it he does not hesitate to help us whenever it is time. After living in this place for almost 6 months, I've decided to share my comments and evaluation.
When I first visited the leasing center, it took me about 10 minutes to decide to move here. Michelle Torres (Leasing Consultant), who is professional, diligent, and incredible, assisted me from the beginning and continues to support me with any procedures and needs regarding my apartment. I highly recommend reaching out to her for help with your process.
The management team, including leasing and maintenance, is fantastic, respectful, and professional. They respond to maintenance requests in less than 12 hours.
The place is clean and quiet, making it perfect for families. Everything is closely located, so you won't have to worry about traffic, depending on your needs.

I’ve been a resident of the Sullivan property for over five years, well before it was acquired by Knightvest Capital. The new management has had quite a bit of turnover with their front office property management staff, which is unfortunate when you must get used to working with folks. I can say that their maintenance staff is always up to the task and prompt in addressing new work orders. I don’t see as much turnover with the maintenance team.
One of their senior maintenance employees is Ernesto. He has been a regular face of the maintenance team for several years. Whenever I have had HVAC issues or maintenance concerns, he is one of the primary staff members that is prompt to respond when assigned a work order.
Ernesto always has a smile on his face even during the hottest/coldest seasons and is very thorough when explaining any issues. He is very respectful and knowledgeable of all the quirks of the property. I want to say a big thank you to Sullivan management for having Ernesto as part of your team, he is a very valuable part of your organization. I always appreciate when Ernesto is assigned my maintenance work order because I know it will get resolved as quickly as possible.

It is a good place to live as a family, very safe and very good treatment. I recommend Sullivan Apartment Michelle Torre and Michelle Don, the most efficient and exemplary of the property, along with the maintenance team. The truth is, they are very efficient. I would recommend visiting Sullivan to live.

I moved in last month and I have loved living at these apartments so far. Whenever we need something fixed they are on it within the next couple days or so. Both the Michelle’s at the front desk are always super nice and very helpful.
