They keep their dressing rooms locked and their store understaffed. I waited for awhile outside the dressing rooms trying to find someone to let me in, then tried on what things I could using the mirrors outside of the dressing rooms. I probably would have purchased more clothes if only I could have tried them on.

In an era of big-box indifference to service, Sun & Ski bucks the trend mightily. They busted tail literally in a single day to swap out some tires to get a new bike purchase ready for a birthday present. The manager of the store himself jumped on the job to get it done. The 200% effort was 100% appreciated. It would have been easy to say no, but the Sun & Ski team not only said yes, but hustled overtime to make it work. Top notch place we'll be back to.

Hit up Sun & Ski on Anderson for ANYTHING you need! I came in for a couple of accessories for a new-to-me bike. Not only did EJ put them on for me right away, but I casually mentioned a small sound and Brian and Seth made it a mission to find the random sound. I had time and waited for a short bit while they solved the issue. And at no charge! I had come here years ago but will definitely be back for all of my bike needs. You should too!

Walked in to Sun & Ski Sports today clueless to what my daughter needed for her Colorado ski trip. A young man named Cameron assisted me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get everything she needed for her first Colorado ski trip. He spent time with me telling me his experiences and what he recommended. I was impressed and I am very happy this was my first stop. Thank you guys so much! Very happy customer here!

Thanks to the incredible customer service experience I received from Seth today, I will be returning to Sun & Ski for my future snowboarding needs. Knowledgeable, personable, and extremely patient as I decided on new boots/bindings/snowboard. Because of him, I am all set for my trip to the mountains this week! Thank you, Seth.

We ordered a ski helmet and goggles for our daughter on a Saturday(yes realizing they were closed at that time) BUT we paid for expedited Fed Ex Overnight shipping to arrive on Tuesday. We were leaving for a ski vacation on Thursday. So imagine my surprise, the goggles shipped, but not the helmet. We received the goggles on Tuesday as expected, but No sign of the helmet. I called the store/customer service line. The lady stated, yes you ordered, but the store had already sold that helmet, so we moved your order(Today/Tuesday/the day I was suppose to receive the helmet) to another store, and we'll get it to you by the end of the week. After some discussion, she finally understood(I think) that we paid for Overnight shipping for a reason. She then put me on hold and called the second store to make sure they were shipping it out that day, so we could receive it by Wednesday, and then we would still be able to have the helmet for the trip. After about 5-10 minutes on hold, she came back and apologized and stated that the store my order had been transferred to, also did NOT have the helmet. It was at that time, she offered to give me a refund for the helmet and shipping. My main complaint is not that they didn't have the helmet or that it had been sold. I get that and know inventory systems and product websites may not be updated at all times. BUT, nobody at Sun & Ski Sports ever contacted me to let me know that my order wasn't coming. No calls and No emails. If I had not called them, I imagine we would have never got a helmet or a refund, because they apparently have a huge communication issue. Obviously it goes without saying, that we will NEVER use this company again.

Had a great experience! I came in to try on different snowboard boot brands and remember my size. Cameron helped me out and was SO knowledgeable, patient and kind. Found out he’s been riding for 17years! It felt nice to know I had such an experienced rider helping me out. I even learned that they priced match, so I ended up buying boots that day! It was SO nice to have a great in person buying experience. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and deep comfort knowing I’ll be riding with the best boots for me. He even introduced me to custom soles and it made my boots so much more comfortable. Overall I had a GREAT experience and I’m so grateful for Cameron. I’ll recommend all my friends to stop by here for their sun & ski needs!

If you go, ask for Marley. She is absolutely amazing! My husband and our friend went in to buy ski boots and Marley helped us. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Despite us taking hours of her time she always had a smile on her face. Her knowledge assured us on our choices and we felt confident in our purchase.
