I was extremely happy with the work Sun Auto did on my Prius. I took my car in for an oil change. They told me my oil filter cap had been put on too tight and might break when they took it off. However, they told me that since they had been the ones to work on it last, they would cover the cost of any necessary parts. Long story short, they paid for an oil filter cap ($28) and oil filter housing ($140 ) but only charged me for the $45 oil change. They knew enough to anticipate the problem and they took responsibility for their previous work. Wow, that is great customer service!

Sun Auto has an amazing staff! Every time I’ve been in, they’ve been incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you genuinely trust the people, but the team at Sun Auto absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service!

Im just reposting my review from a couple years ago, how this place has 4.3 stars makes my mind wonder!
sun auto steals, we called ask if they could stay 5 mins late as we were coming in with our car on a tow truck, they said we could drop it off and put the key in the afterhours box, that's exactly what we did, the tow truck drop the car off and we put the key in the drop key, sun auto HAS NO SECUIRTY CAMERAS, we filed a police report, and months later the car was found under a bridge near sun auto, it be one thing if someone hotwired the vehicle but they didn't they used the key we dropped off in the drop box, fix the car and used it for their personal use, we were even getting toll bills and had to tell them the car was stolen , when I wrote my first review they were worried more of the review not the employees stealing peoples vehicles. I will keep reposting this story,

These guys went above and beyond after AAA messed my car up during a routain battery change. Not only did they take the car in and diagnosed it same day but due to the issue being simply they didn't charge me. I will continue to trust them with my car needs as they had every chance to take a quick buck from me and choose to treat me like a family member would. I now know where I will take my car in from here on!
Thank you Sun Auto, you have no idea how much that gesture meant in these trying times!

I have had two different vehicles serviced at Sun and never a complaint. The second repair was after a collision with a curb. Tony was fantastic as he knew that we were under budget constraints. He did his best to work within those constraints. Absolutely no complaints.
