Sundara Yoga Therapy Center

We primarily offer services and training to professionals in mental health, allied healthcare, social services and anyone who serves underserved communities or populations with unresolved trauma at their core. We offer Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy training, but also specialty clinics (chronic back pain, anxiety, managing menopause) to the general population at various venues.
