Dr Swamy is very nice she listens to your problem briefly and finds a diagnosis accordingly , also April and Ana at the front desk are very helpful.
I have been her patient few years and it’s going good !

Dr. Swamy is a very good physician. Our family has seen her for many years. She is kind, caring, and thorough in her care. She explains things, gives wonderful advice, and does not mind answering questions that arise. I would recommend her to anyone.

My mother and I have been coming to Dr.Swamy for many years. She is absolutely amazing. She is never in a hurry. She answers all the questions that we have. Dr Swamy is very knowledgeable and always helps with all our health needs. Recently my son starts going to Dr. Swamy as well. I highly recommend Dr. Swamy.

I was really hoping Dr. Swamy would be my PCP as I made an appointment to establish care. Dr. Swamy listened to me and ordered complete blood panel. I was happy with my 1st appointment. Turns out that would be the end of the my satisfaction with Dr. Swamy and her office. I was told that I would get a call back with lab results, 2 weeks went by and no call and whenever I called no one answered. I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone which i can only assume was the receptionist and when I asked about my labs and she put me on hold I’d assumed it was to speak w/my provider to discuss those results. The receptionist came back on and proceeded to read my results to me over the phone. I was shocked to say the least but I was so glad someone answered the phone I let her continue. I’m not blaming the receptionist as I’m sure she was just doing what she was told. But the fact that Dr. Swamy allowed her someone who’s not a medical professional and not qualified to read those results to give them to was infuriating to say the least. I had scheduled a follow up at my first initial appointment but after all these issues and some prescription miscommunication I canceled my appointment and will not be going back. I cannot understand why medical providers are allowed to do the bare minimum and all the responsibility is incumbent upon the patients. Extremely disappointed.

I do not understand how this place is so highly rated. Immediately was rudely greeted by the front desk people, they were rude getting my vitals too. Even on my first visit. The doctor was OK. Then they cancelled my appointment after I have waited months because the Dr is out and say "we cant do until end of April and you're on a cancellation list" like its my fault she canceled. Incredibly rude staff. Not warm welcoming here at all.

I have been going to Dr. Swamy since shortly after moving here (so I think around 4 years). I have been very happy with Dr. Swamy. She always considers my concerns and address them, and goes above and beyond by providing helpful explanations. Fully recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Swamy for a few years and have had really excellent care the whole time. Everyone that works in the office is great, they respond well to calls as well as messages sent from their website which I love. I’ve gotten really excellent care.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never seen a Dr. Office run so poorly. Don't expect anyone here to actually care about your health, they care about your money. Expect long wait times, no call backs or timely lab results. You're just another number here.

The doctors office is horrible at scheduling an appointment and following up. It's been more than 3 weeks I visited the office. I still have not received my prescription and my lab results. Nobody picks up the call and nobody responds to voicemails. They don't have any online portal as well.

It takes me calling at least 20 times to get anyone to answer the phone. At times I have to personally drive to the office to get test results or to make an appointment.

Dr Swamy is a great doctor, however I still haven’t received my results from January 2022. I called several times and left voicemails but haven’t received any responses. Not sure what is going on.

I have no idea why it took two weeks to get a blood test order sent to my doctor. Or three voicemails, an email and a text to get my prescription refilled. Urgency is NOT their strong suit, though Dr Swamy is nice. They need to hire more people in the office, it seems because these administrative tasks are NOT HAPPENING.

All the positive reviews seem like a fantasy compared to my experience with Dr. Swamy's office. I decided to schedule a visit with her based on reviews, but I now regret doing so.Initially, my first visit went well but then it all went downhill. Took them over a month to return my call and give me my lab results, even after I went in person to request them. The young male assistant is arrogant, rude, and seems to run the show. No wonder the office is empty, dark, and dingy. I cant imagine him being a great colleague to be around. Dr. Swamy might be knowledgeable as a doctor but seems to have no backbone for allowing him to be the face of the business. If the office is struggling or ends up failing, I blame him. Austin is a great city filled with much better doctor offices.

I'm rather horrified by the reviews here and I wouldn't use Yelp to find medical care (I was googling her name to get her phone #), but I wanted to give a good rating after reading some of the reviews.Dr. Swamy is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, kind, takes her time, gives good referrals. I've never had a problem with her office staff. They have been on it in regards to prescriptions and referrals. I feel lucky to be a patient here and my husband does too.
