Nice store workers but the crowds on the side and around the building are not safe! One of the ladies in the crowd walked in front of my car to the passenger side and kept pulling on the door handle trying to get in while a man was walking up on the driver's side to the back door trying to get my attention. My dogs were my alarm system in the back seat! INVEST IN DASH CAMERAS AND BE READY FOR ANYTHING! NOT SAFE WHATSOEVER!

This is literally the most ghetto mini Mart/convenience store in Austin. I suspect more things are sold outside its doors than inside. Your experience will depend on what you are looking for. It's actually less dangerous than it looks. So, there's that. ?

There is always chaos here. I am a 6'4" man and honestly I haven't ever even felt truly safe in this store. This store is truly a tumor in the neighborhood.

Extremely disappointed in how this neighborhood store is managed. It's a very unfortunate hot zone of crime, litter and loitering. The owner, **************, has been aware of the problems for years. He is only interested in profit, and does nothing to invest in the local community or attend our neighborhood association meetings. The gas station is extremely run down, dirty, and has outdated gas pumps. Drug traffic occurs openly in the parking lot. I live very close to the store, as it's in the middle of a residential neighborhood with children and families. He has made the entire area unsafe for us. I hope this store closes soon or finds a new owner who cares.

This convenience store is a cancer on the neighborhood and it affects the entire community. Kids catch the school bus here every day, but the owner turns a blind eye to the loitering, homeless camps, trash, and human trafficking that occurs on his front porch. The community has asked the owner, Mr. Patel, for help multiple times, but as he lives in West Austin, he could care less. Unsafe and a blight to the entire neighborhood. I hope everyone can boycott this store until a better owner and steward of the neighborhood is brought in.

If you want to support a rich millionaire owner who lives far from this store , then shop there. But, if you want to clean up this nasty, dangerous corner then please boycott it. Those of us who live in the neighborhood have to put up with trash, loitering, prostitution, drug dealing 24 hours a day . After contacting the owner , received a rude reply that it wasn't his responsibility. Just another rich guy making money off the less fortunate. Stay away----far away!
