***Edit to owners response***I am not shocked by the response from the owners. My initial communication with the male shop keep was not as hostile how the person I question was unfriendly and behaved with disdain for the customers I witnessed him interact with. I simply asked questions about a potential $500 purchase in the vain of quality, durability, public reception etc…when I asked for the model number to look up the questions I was told could not be answered I was meet with apprehension and unwillingness. I was not the only customer that was treated this way every other customer seemed frustrated with the lack of service and furthermore general respect. When the female owner arrived she immediately got into a confrontation with another customer regarding the quality an item this customer had purchased. This customer was meet with swift refusal to any solution and essentially told “to bad” she gambled on buying the item and the store did not stand behind any of the products they sell. When it was my turn before I could say anything I was told the item I was looking at was not returnable and I genuinely think the owner thought I was accompanying or with the previous customer she was dealing with. I never asked about returning an item and was told that the item I was looking at was sold as is …all of this information was unsolicited. I asked for clarification regarding a specific items quality and was told that no guarantees could be made regarding the manufacturer’s description I then said “so you don’t stand behind the products you sale” and the female owner lost it and became very animated and started raising her voice and hurling insults. I did not once loose my composure so I find it strange that the stores response states they had concerns for they’re own physical and emotional wellbeing. Reading thought the reviews at least on google I see a pattern and if you look you will see the same. In a few reviews law enforcement was used to intimidate customers. These are not the types of businesses that minority communities especially should support that take our money and look down upon us to a dangerous point. The faux outrage of the store owners review response after threatening me when I told her I would exercise my right to review they’re business is false and ridiculous at no point did she feel unsafe as she yelled at me to the point her co worker had to calm her down numerous times. Shame on your dishonesty in your reply “Supreme Beauty” Supply …people are paying attention and are not fooled. All one has to do is read your reviews the behavior you displayed today toward myself and other customers especially the elderly one is a terrible pattern. Respect is earned not deserved especially when you discriminate. Let these people know with your reviews and $$$ folks.The most confrontational hostile business I have come across in a long time. These people seem to hate being asked simple questions on items priced $300, $400, $500 and up. The women was the most hostile of employees/ owners or whatever their position was. BEWARE. The owner sell to a community they obviously do no respect. We need to learn and not give them our hard earned money. I wish I could score them lower. Do Support those who look down on us and chose to not support us.

First time customer, I called first clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. Reasonably priced beauty products and reasonable sale prices on pack hair. The store was clean too.

Sold me hair that was not true to length. Refused to return my money when brought to the mangers attention.

Sold me an 8-inch bundle & said it was a 12-inch. One minute later I went to return the package after comparing it to a REAL 12-inch bundle the lady refused to return the hair saying it couldn't be resold. I mentioned to her she shouldn't sell it to anyone because it was falsely labeled. I also told her I know she could see well so while physically showing her the difference, she told me to leave and called the police. Don't SHOP WHERE THEY just want to get over on you, and take your money. That lady was wrong and I'm happy she banned me because I will never return. She could have done the right thing, instead she showed how she feels about BLACK WOMEN.
