I walked in a little after 4 pm on 2/2/24, their were five people (working?) I was the only customer in the store. All employees were on their phones except one. The two males left through the employees only door. A minute later the female also left when i looked in her direction ,through the same door. The remaining two ladies in the front having a private conversation in the corner didn't say a word to me. I paced back and forth and finally left at 4:17pm. Hopefully they have cameras so upper management canconfirm and see this.This store has zero customer service.(* there needs to be a no star option)BEWARE OF THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION

The absolute best people ever, Chepo, Chris and Leo went out of their way for us. We even left with gifts. Patient and helped us get the best perks and discounts. Just good down to earth sweet people. I'm keeping my relationship with this location.

Customer service here is blergh. Like personalities don't seem to exist anymore. T-Mobile general went down hill when they did away with their customer loyalty program where they legit fixed issues.

Went in there today, totally stressed out from trying to get my new phone up and running. Maria was my Samus Aran today by going way above and beyond to get me squared away. Maria’s knowledge, determination, and kindness are a shining star in this location.

After $20+ years of over paying at Verizon I am loving TMobile. I’m paying less than half at TMobile than Verizon was charging. ( My bill went from $110 to $45 and that does not include the IPhone that TMobile paid off !!) I travel all over the Eastern US and the coverage is great! The customer service is also great!

I came into the store with a complex SIM card issue and had lost all service.I had a business flight that evening and back-to-back meetings for next two days so I HAD to have my phone working.Jose and his team spent over three hours helping to get my service restored, even staying after closing to ensure I was up and running.Jose is a true professional and incredibly patient. Thank you!

Casually tried to commit fraud and wondered why I cared. Unbelievable. They'll sign you up for whatever they want, not even asking what you want, just go somewhere else.

Wouldnt give me any information regarding a trade in when I called and when I came in store wouldnt take my phone even though it was in perfect functioning condition with no cracks scratches or mechanical flaws. Worthless customer service theyre all lazy here
