I stopped by this TMobile store yesterday for help setting up a new iPhone (after mine was stollen the night before). I showed up right before closing and Diego was *super* helpful. He was able to transfer my number to the new phone in about 5 minutes.I had spent about 3 hours on phone and chat support with T-Mobile (multiple calls, multiple chats), being told either that my old phone was needed to transfer my number or "be right with you," "working on it," etc or that I couldn't be verified without an SMS to my number / buying a second line... So I was incredibly relieved to have Diego's help, especially knowing that this must be something that happens frequently.On top of what I needed, Diego found a new phone plan for me that got me more than what I am getting today at the same price. Total win!! Thank you!!!

Jesse was amazing. He was so patient with my 50 questions I had and he was so knowledgeable! When we ran into a hiccup he knew exactly what to do. It was an overall great experience and it makes me excited to be switching to T Mobile!

I walked into this location to transfer several lines together; two from an existing T-Mobile plan and one from a Verizon plan. The representative here that interacted with me was Omar, who ended up being rude and super irritating to talk to as I asked for clarifications on steps I need to take to merge several lines together. Omar kept interrupting me everytime I would ask a question to ensure I am covering all of my basis. As we went through the plans and pricing, I was told each bill would be $130 for three lines. I decided to go home to take care of some of the first few steps. I went back the next day to find out that Omar never gave me all the steps I needed to take to merge a T-Mobile line and a Verizon line. I ended up going back home again to complete the last couple missing steps and went to another location for service. Omar failed to tell me that since I would still be an existing T-Mobile customer, the pricing he gave to me would not be applicable. It was really frustrating to find out my bill would be $155 instead of $130, which only applies to new customers. I advise management to review Omar’s knowledge of the company’s procedure and processes because he is so misinformed. I would also advise him to take the time to improve his listening skills to avoid this negative interaction with other customers.

Tmobile might be doing something right. I had the most pleasant customer service experience I've had in a while. We came in with 15min to spare before closing to pick up a phone and a new line. We stayed 45min, or longer, after closing. I was not rushed, when anyone, even myself, would be trying to close the store. Victoria was very helpful, as well as the young man who stayed with her. She was knowledgeable about the products, even was patient enough to transfer all of my dads data to his new phone(not what we went in for). I have never had this level of customer service expertise in Tmobile, where it is more about the customer than the sell.

This location is the place to go if you're seeking top notch customer service. I've always disliked dealing with upgrading my phone but Long truly made this a pleasurable experience. As I walked in, I witnessed Long going above and beyond for another customer. He greeted every customer that walked in with a big smile. As he helped me, he gave me his full attention and walked through every step to ensure everything was done properly. I will definitely use this as my location moving forward. Thanks Long!!

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 11 years and have been to multiple stores. Out of all my experiences this store has been the best! The positive teamwork happening in this place is impressive and the expertise of all the staff, ESPECIALLY Victoria and Long really put my customer experience into the next level. They optimized my plans, found me a new phone and fixed a few issues the T-Mobile technicians over the phone were not able to solve. I will be going back here for all my future needs!
