Vicky is absolutely amazing! My wife was making the switch from android to apple and Vicky made it fluidly easy. We are obviously not tech savvy people. She was so kind and patient with all of our questions. Her entire personality is genuine and will instantly put you at ease. Go see her, she will take excellent care of you!

I love coming to this store because they always take good care of me, although sometimes there is a wait time, but they give you the attention you deserve. Javier is very professional and always gives me good recommendations and good service.

Just walked in to tmobile was not even greeted but everyone is after me was ...then they didn't even. Take my name down on the wait list but took everyone else's... then when I tell them that I was next the lady said she didn't see me I'm wearing a lime green polo zip up hoodie it's kinda hard not to see me maybe it's cuz I'm mexican I dunno but management needs to look into this over been with tmobile to 10 years and have never felt disrespected like this before

So, I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 13 mini to an iPhone 13. Went to the store and they told me I had to payoff the remaining balance on my mini to be able to get the 13. I have insurance on it and after 50% of the payments I am able to upgrade WITHOUT PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE (found this out after talking w/ a CSR agent by phone). After visiting THIS STORE TWICE, they told me I had to pay it off both times. The CSR on the phone was able to process my transaction and get me a new phone by mail in under 20 minutes. ALSO, no activation fee (Bonus)!!! Make sure when you visit T-Mobile stores that you call a representative to get all the information you need to get done what you want done (because at the store level the bottom line is different). New management at this great store has meant managers name is easy we were held by Javier best customer service experience at any T-Mobile I have ever had please come. We passed multiple other locations to come to this specific store. Their new management is fantastic!

I had a great experience, needed to upgrade my phone and customer service was great. I had gone to this same location a few months ago and it was not good! I’m glad management has improved! Five stars!

When we go to this location we have found the employees are: inexperienced, bored, not so helpful and appear as though they are not interested in offering friendly customer service. They were less than friendly to our family and very impatient. It appears as though most cell phone companies hire only inexperienced, younger people, who do not have the skills to truly, quickly and efficiently take care of customers. Our neighbors, who recommended this location, no longer go to this location. After two years, I doubt we will return to the either S. Austin T-Mobile location at MoPac & 290.

Just had the most bizarre and upleasant experience. We went in to ask about upgrading our phones. Kristian asked for the account PIN which neither of us could remember and then my partner's ID. When he handed him the ID, Kristian said, "I can see it coming. I see that attitude." Neither of us had any idea whatsoever what he was talking about. We hadn't had ANY indication of anything wrong or come in with a complaint. My partner said, "Just give me my ID back," and Kristian threw his hands up, stepped back and proclaimed, "You've got to give respect to get it." I watched all this and was just shocked. I mean. There was nothing, NOTHING that had happened to elicit this kind of response. Kristian created this whole situation out of thin air. He called after my husband something like, "Go on then."We called and got the manager who dismissed it out of hand. Both of us have YEARS of customer service experience. Let me be absolutely clear. NO ONE had copped attitude or had shown Kristian any disrespect prior to his outburst. Whether he misheard something or just had attitude from an earlier experience in the day, showing US the respect of just asking if there was a problem (there wasn't !!) would have diffused the entire situation. Unhelpful. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. And disrespectful. There is NO excuse for this kind of shocking, chip on the shoulder behavior toward customers. We came in with ZERO complaint and wanting to upgrade. Now we are wondering how hard it will be to change carriers. This was inexcusable.___UPDATE: Your form-letter reply "Hello! It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future," failed to take any action to address how we were treated in your store. You did not hold anyone accountable or even just open a dialogue with us asking us for details. The insincere form reply combined with the fact that you have our contact information, phone numbers and email addresses yet you did not reach out to us directly says it all.
