This is the worst service center ever. After visiting them three times, I thought I might change my mind, but each time I received even worse service than the last. Even when I asked questions, no one responded, as if no one was there to talk to. After waiting 45 minutes, I finally received a response that the inspection service was unavailable.

they said in order to get the truck lubed, ie grease the joints, i need a mechanic. they only change the oil. didn’t even check fluid levels gas motor coast me $237.00. very poor service.

I came in with over an hour of free time, fully expecting the usual 30 to 45 minute wait at Take 5. This is normally my go-to spot, but no one told me there would be a long wait or that they were short staffed. I was simply told to wait behind the one car ahead of me. I would have been completely fine waiting if someone had just communicated that upfront.
After sitting for over an hour with zero updates, I was finally directed into the stall, and the worker immediately walked to another car without saying a word or acknowledging me. I eventually had to leave for an appointment, and when I said so, no one responded. They just gave me a thumbs up and even forgot to close my hood.
Zero out of ten experience.

No comments on their service, review is purely on customer experience. Five cars came after us and got serviced while we were made to wait in queue. No communication what so ever for what they were doing. Pathetic.
