Hands down my favorite store in Austin. I’ve made it a weekly ritual of making my way easy every Saturday to check out what they have. Normally making a weekly trip to a local store would eventually get repetitive, take heart always has something new to discover.
Owner and employees are top notch. They’re friendly and helpful but don’t hover over you.

Very cute local shop. Lots of little trinkets to look at. Not much was affordable but all of it looked very well made and high quality. If I was coming in here to do more than window shop I would need to be ready to spend $150 ish.
Workers were friendly and ready to answer questions I could easily spend 30 minutes in here.

Amazing curation of products, both local and international - many from Japan. Friendly service and nice decor as well. Great for looking for gifts. Definitely worth a visit!

One of my favorite stores in Austin! I always find myself back at Take Heart. The store is exceptionally curated, and I find something special each and every time. I feel so calm in this space and the staff is very sweet and helpful :) What a gem!

Very cute and well curated place on the east side. Perfect for like a Sunday brunch day to stop by after eating at th local spots around it. Across from paperboy and little neighborhood market spot. Really cool curation of hand made and interesting pieces. Local and international, lots of cool Japanese items. Nice staff and the perfect place for gifts.
