It has been FIVE months since our washer stopped working properly. Five months of false promises and excuses as to why they won’t replace it as they said they would. I have spent 3 days (72 total hours) collectively waiting as the property managers said maintenance would be out those days to replace them. Tarantino is so quick to send out emails intimidating tenants and trying to force compliance, but turn an ignorant blind eye to the needs of the tenants.

Do not recommend. They accidentally took over $1400 out of my account through the portal and they acknowledged the mistake, but told me they couldn’t get me a refund for 30 days. I have bills I won’t be able to pay now. Terrible customer service

Located Emory Apt, Lubbock Texas:This is not a full senior citizen apartment. Young people and their kids stay here.The lighting was bad and I couldn't tell but I was sticking my fingers into the holes. Full wasn't so dirty and nasty and those pictures are not taken outside they taken inside the building where people live. They try to do a cleaning when they think corporate is coming to visit that's the only time I ever seen them clean. There isn't much pride taken into this building SMH. I'll post some more later on.

Our A/C unit died 6 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. Initially we were told on-site maintenance would come in for repairs. A WEEK later they told us no work had been done b/c they didn't even have a key that fit our door. We were told parts were ordered. Then they said a whole new a/c unit was ordered & on its way. After that, they claimed to have contacted several repair companies to come work on it. Nothing happened, nobody ever showed up. We've been promised phone calls & visits with regional managers that never happened. My husband has been in contact w/management daily and its always the same vague assurances and then NOTHING HAPPENS. This is easily the worst mgmt co our complex has been under and quite frankly, the bar was already set pretty low.

This place does not do a good job at all. When you call or email them they don't get back to you. I have been cut short and hung up on multiple times.! When I moved Into one of the property's the property manager was rude had lack of communication! I had so many problems with my place from A/C problems to water leaks , electric problems and anytime I called it in no one ever came in to fix the problems they only mad it worse!!!! I would not recommend anyone to move into any of there property's at all.

The staff there is very nice and courteous the work they do is outstanding, the atmosphere is always common relaxing and they keep the place exceptionally clean

We were asked by a bigger company to help take care of Tarantino Properties for job. Not only did we take great care of this group, but we connected them with others and helped facility the complete job. It has been over 3 months and Luis, the property manager, will not return my phone calls or emails. His secretary routinely reroutes my calls to his voicemail, where I have left multiple voice messages. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I just can't understand how any company could operate like this.

In the Texas summer, my air broke. No word from them. Several times. Wouldnt give deposit back. No reason as to why. Garage was empty. Said it was trashed.

This company is an absolute joke. They honestly do not care about the tenants that live there. Please do yourself a favor and never rent from these horrible people. On multiple occasions we called in with issues about our duplex, issues that went unanswered and didn’t even bother to respond or help. Now that we have moved out they are claiming that all these issues are coming out of our secure deposit! This is absolutely garbage mentality to have!! Do yourself a favor and live somewhere away from them, these people just want your money.

Worst renters ever. Intentionally screwed us out of our deposit even after we jumped through all of their hoops to make sure we got it back. Maintenance is not timely or knowledgeable. We reported several issues with heat and air during our stay, which were not addressed in a timely manner at all. Drug abuse runs rampant and unchecked by management. This is an unsafe place to raise a family. Also the rudest management I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. I highly discourage anyone from making the same mistake I did.

I rented an apartment they managed, & it was a nightmare! Their apartment manager at the time, Angela, ILLEGALLY took away all but 2 of my therapy animals. I called to complain to them numerous times. NO ONE answered the phone, NO ONE returned my calls, they don't care! BEWARE if you're looking for a management company. They don't care about your tenants. Only the money they make off them.
