The store manager apparently doesnt care to do any quality control on their produce section, so dont waste your money on produce here. The fruit is frequently covered in mold, particularly the blackberries, and I just brought home some expensive premade pasta dishes just to find they have been expired for SEVERAL weeks. Gross. Its not like they have that much to even check.

By far the worst customer service ever! I drive past another Target to get to this one just because I know the layout better and it’s a little bigger but I usually scan my items on my app to check if there’s any digital coupons and just to make sure how much I’ll end up spending! Well, my total was very different from what the app showed, so I called The cashier that monitors the self checkouts super nice young man try to help me he couldn’t figure it out so he ended up calling a lead her name EMILY, so of course I’m explaining to her but seemed frustrated even asked her if I should go to a register her response was “No” because she only had one cashier and didn’t want to hold up the line but also proceeded when she couldn’t figure out by saying next time you need to go a register, like I know this was gonna happen! I get it, as a consumer I just want to scan pay & go I don’t want to deal with this or deal with a people like her and after everything she just said you need to call customer service because I can’t help literally gave it to me and just walked off!!

Gave me an item I did not ask for in my target pickup order and instead of refunding the item they expect me to bring this item I did not ask for back to receive the refund. What is supposed to be a convenient service has become completely inconvenient and now I have to go out of my way to remedy a mistake made on their end if I want my money back. They charged me for an item I did not ask for and if I want my money back I have to bring back this item they put in my car.

On Christmas Eve Day, I get it. People are everywhere, it’s busy. I was dealing with Ruben in the self checkout line. I had a target circle deal which expires tomorrow and so with the holiday, today is the last day to use it. I tried to apply it, the barcode didn’t work. I asked Ruben for help and he said (once scanning it and it also didn’t work) that he would have a manager come over or I could go stand in a cashier line (he said there was no line, there was a line). Anyway - 5-10 minutes go by and still no one has come to help me out. I was being very patient and so I ask Ruben, hey can you just apply this discount, “oh no I can’t do that” - I said fine, just please call for a manager. Another 5-10 minutes and still nothing. I finally lost my cool, said choice words, paid and left. I shouldn’t have cussed but come on man, you’re having a customer stand there for 15 minutes with lines backing up over $10 and a manager isn’t available? You have the whole year to prepare for the holiday craziness. Be better and help customers.

All way out of pizza's, and hot food. They should stack them. They will be all sold by the 11pm.
Up date 12/14 and 15.
Agine no pizza, no pasta and no pop corn.
Hey every time there out and no one is there to be found. Why not just close it down and put something else there if there not going to service any one there sade days.

Was not very happy with the customer service, that she couldn’t even take the time to let us know about the membership. I wondered why she needed my phone number. I just knew an item was on sale.

I’m a fan of Target, like many. And this store is close to my home so this is where I go.
I selected dog food today based on the shelf price. At the register, it was a 3% higher price. I didn’t want it at that cost and returned it. A bit of a pain. This is not the first time I’ve been charged more than the shelf price at this store. What’s even more bothersome is that the employees I tell don’t seem to care. Perhaps it’s by design…Target hopes most don’t notice? In groceries, 3% is a big difference. Hope you can do better Target.
