Why are the self checkouts now 10 item or less express lanes? It took almost 30 minutes to go through a regular checkout lane because your cashiers, trying their best, have clearly never had to scan items. I could have been done in a minute on self check. Either train them and open more than one actual register, or let me go through the self check with my 15 items.

Depending on how you are dressed, and what race you are, this location may or may not ask you for your ID when you pick up your order. I’ve been dressed in a very nice in a suit, and was simply asked for a barcode, today I had ripped up jeans and a T-shirt on and I wasn’t giving my order without showing my ID. There have been plenty of times where people of color have been in front of me and the staff has chosen to ask them for their drivers license for a pick up Even with proof of the order in their email. I wonder if target knows that they’re employees profile people.

The customer service of this Target store is pretty bad. I have been a Target customer for over a decade and I think there is something wrong with this store’s management. The neighboring Target stores like Austin Arboretum are much much better.

During the summer, I ordered a printer + backup ink via curbside pickup. Four months later, the starter ink finally needed replacing and then realized I bought the wrong size ink cartridges. Target Cust Service tried to do the swap and it said printer ink was ineligible for store refund after so many months due to time passed. I wanted to kick myself but then she said Target allows a once a year in store credit up to $100 and that worked and solved my dilemma! Thankfully they had the ink I needed in stock. Super grateful for this Target policy that saved me in the midst of working on important documents at home. Thank you Target Customer Service Lady for finding a solution when I needed it most!

Received a damaged product. I put in a request to exchange it for an undamaged one. Went to physical store to exchange but employee simply issued a refund. When I asked them to change that to an exchange they simply shrugged their shoulders. I bought the item on sale, so now I have to pay 33% more to buy it again when I should have received a non damaged replacement at no cost.

This Target has it all! Great selection, friendly staff, a nice Starbucks and clean restrooms! They are also super efficient when I place my drive up order!

Rude employee at cashier station on 12/8/23. Apologetic but unhelpful manager. Prices are higher in store on the shelves than on the app.
