Avoid this shop for their lack of honesty and professionalism. They grossly inflate labor time; a one-hour job was billed for 2.5 hours, resulting in a massive overcharge. The car was ready after just a few hours, but I was not notified. I had to wait two days and call them myself to find out it was done. Service Advisor Summer then lied, claiming she had left me a voicemail. This shop demonstrates dishonest billing and a complete failure of communication.

My family and I are regular customers of Tarrytown Texaco as we live in the neighborhood and they always provide great service at a fair price.
We’re appreciative of the friendly service they offer and today Jake was helpful to top up the oil in my wife’s car when it was needed.
West Austin is fortunate to have a great service station like Tarrytown Texaco around as a friendly neighborhood gas station.

So rare to find a full service gas station these days. I forgot how luxurious it feels. I only needed air in my tires, but they treated me like I was the most important customer customer that ever arrived on their doorstep. It was a great experience.

I used to like this place. I went there recently while trying to fill out my car. The attendant was very rude and unfriendly. Reminded me of why I stopped using them for gas etc.

I love the spot every couple months. I recommend somebody getting full service at the gas station. They can check your tires in your oil and your fluids.

I recently had a nightmare of car issues. Michael and has team were very kind and calm with me making an overwhelming experience smooth. The fix took a month and was about $4000 , but as I shopped around it was comparable to everywhere else I received quotes. Michael was easy to communicate with over text and I will certainly be using them again for future car things. Thanks Terrytown Texaco Team.

I appreciate their honesty and follow through as my college student dealt with her first car trouble issue. They treated her with respect, were prompt, and very helpful. Easy drop of system as well for after hours.

I’m completely horrified by the verbal abuse my co-worker received from Michael today. She has referred Tarrytown Texaco to many of us at work and always had a great experience. Michael does not need to be working with the general public in any kind of service capacity, her experience was beyond disturbing to all of us.

Michael called me "fucking rude" when I asked if someone could help me find my car and where it was when picking it up. When I confronted him that that made me very uncomfortable to speak to a customer that way he continued to yell and curse at me. Never coming here again. Improve your customer service for the love of God.
