Hours: Taurus Academy is a welcoming and caring facility that makes both dogs and their owners feel like part of the family. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and accommodating. They are clearly excited to see every pup, and the feeling is mutual, with dogs getting incredibly excited to arrive for daycare or boarding. Owners are consistently impressed with the efficient and deep care provided for all dogs, including those that are high maintenance. The business offers puppy daycare, boarding, and board and train programs, which are considered a great value. The extra attention is highly appreciated, and the training is a bonus. The board and train includes helpful in-home follow-up visits. Beyond the excellent standard care, the personal touches make a big difference, such as sending a sweet get-well card during a difficult time, which provided a shining beacon of joy. Dogs enjoy playing with others, and many fun extra treat days are available, like peach cobbler or pretzel treats, for a small additional fee, complete with photos. While there can be a waitlist for services, it is well worth it. There is simply no place like Taurus Academy, and it is highly recommended as a dog's second home.
