This store will not acknowledge you if you are not a certain demographic . With that being said I am not in the favorable demographic. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. However the people who walked in after me were. I went in to purchase a pair of Abby boots. I walked around for a bit and waited about 5 to 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. I told the girl which boots I wanted and she said they were not in stock. She said they ran a bit big and recommended I sized down. I ordered the boots to be shipped. I was shipped what looked to be the store model. They fit tight. I went to exchange them for my actual size at a closer location and was denied an exchange because they locked worn. However I mentioned that’s how they arrived and it made no difference.

Very helpful employees!! The wallet I wanted had some small scratches and they were able to buff it out for me and it came out perfect.

Great selection of boots but it can get crowded. The employees tried their best to get the boots in sizes we needed but were often juggling multiple customers which resulted in periods of waiting. Still the service otherwise is good and we've purchased several pairs here.

Our experience with Gordon and Chris surpassed any expectations we had walking in. We were met immediately with warm greetings and a spirit of helpfulness. Gordon was very helpful with ensuring our correct sizing and fit. Chris put on a bow on the experience by being patient in our customization process and making sure we were both extremely happy with our purchases. We would recommend the domain location without hesitation and would be so happy to return!

I had an outstanding experience at Tecovas at the Domain, thanks to Gordon. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. His knowledge of the different materials and how to care for them made me feel like I was in great hands. He was patient, answered all my questions, and truly took the time to ensure I was happy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I left feeling so well taken care of—easily the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Oh, and the store is pretty great, too!

I don’t think I have ever left a negative review before but I own a few pairs of Tecovas and went to the Domain location today. Walked in looked at a few pairs of boots picked up a pair I wanted to buy, I stood there for around 5 mins holding the boot waiting to be helped and no one helped me, no one greeted me no one said a word to me. There was one other customer in the store when I got there and 5ish employees. I’m a manager in a retail setting and couldn’t believe it. I’m just disappointed in the level customer service.

This store is great! The staff is super friendly and help you navigate through various boots. Although I did not buy boots this time, I ended up buying some nice wallets and bags :)
