Very nice staff. Lovely little daycare. My son only attended 6 weeks due to the fact that he got accepted into the UT Child Development Center sooner than expected. We would have had no issues keeping him in TMLC for longer. Their tuition is reasonable and the location was super convenient next to our apartment. My son loved his teacher Ms. Annie.

I have taking All my 4 kids there for the past 5 years and currently my twins Girls are thereI dnt have enough words to explains how much great care my twins receive from such a loving and caring Staff Especially knowing they are under great managementMrs.Renne And Mrs LizzEspecially during this PandemicThey are taking all precaution to keep my girls safe

I’m so happy my two kids are at Tender Memories. The two of them are thriving and are happy to go to school and happy when we pick them up. The teachers and staff are super responsive and take a genuine interest in their well-being. Based on some of the negative reviews I can only assume there were some problems the school had to work through, but right now in 2020 it’s a great place. It’s important to have trust and feel secure when it comes to your kids and I do here. Thank you Tender Memories :)

Im a grandmother of a 14month old grandbaby girl who means the world to me. I first prayed before I placed her in day care and it led me to this place. She has been at Tender Memories since she was 2 months old and never have I had a problem. I have high expectations about the safe environment my grandbaby is exposed to and believe me im at peace once I drop her off. She's clean when I leave her and she clean when I pick her up. She is fed & never with a rash. Im always told when shes almost out of wipes or pampers. Im told about her naps ect ect. The manager has been there since she started and has always been good to us. All my interactions there have been good. I would recommend this day care to everyone. Grace .G

This Child care center has really Caring Staff they provide Exceptional Care To my Girls and to all children.I have been taking my big girl and son for the past 5 yrs and currently my 18 month girlsAnd No Doubt that they are in great HandsThey are under great Management thereMs.Renee & Mrs KemptThey Also Take the safest Protocols for the Covid-19I know my kids are safe there

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE...I WISH THEY HAD A NEGATIVE STAR OR SOMETHING TO WARN YOU ABOUT THIS AWFUL PLACE. ITS NASTY, THE TEACHERS TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AND THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL... NOONE RESPECTS ANYONE AND THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE KIDS. THEY HAVE A TEACHER NAMED GLADYS WHO DOESN'T LIKE CHANGING DIRTY DIAPERS BUT YET THEY STILL HAVE HER WITH THE BABIES. THEN YOU HAVE JESSICA WHO IS RUDE AND ALWAYS FIGHTING WITH EVERYONE, IF THIS 2 TEACHERS DON'T LIKE YOU THEY WILL NOT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR KID... THEY WILL RETALIATE AGAINST THE KIDS IF ANYONES COMPLAINS ON THEM.DIRTY CLOTHES, DIRTY CLASSROOMS, DIRTY TOYS, DIRTY FLOORS, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO DROP OFF ANY KID...*****DON'T LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE*****DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T

Both of my daughters attend Tender Memories (two under two). The teachers are wonderful. Daycare is always clean. The food menu that I request to see always has delicious meals. My daughter has a food allergy so they always make sure she has something that she can eat. My daughter has a wonderful relationship with her teacher. She always has a smile on her face when she gets to the daycare every morning. My youngest started at 7 weeks and I absolutely love her teachers. I definitely recommend this daycare

I had my 4 month old son attending this day care for a few months. I just found a closer one to my home which is the only reason he no longer attends. The ladies at this daycare are very attentive, caring, and communicative. They also speak spanish, so if you want your LO to speak both languages this would be a great opportunity! This is a smaller daycare, which put me more at ease that there my son would get more attention than an overpacked daycare. The ladies would get very excited to see him and would shower him with attention. They let me know when and how many times he was fed, changed, and if he peed/pooped. Any concerns I had, they would address and never made me feel like I was bothering them nor did I feel as though they were giving me excuses. All in all, great daycare, great pricing, and great staff and owners!

If I would've known how this daycare was I wouldn't have ever put my son in it. Unorganized, teachers aren't there on time, and call me to pick him up for any little thing. Sent another kids things home with him and his things were sent with the other kid. Very unprofessional!!

My daughter has been coming here for a year and a half and we both love it. They are clean, the teachers are wonderful, and everyone seems to really care about my daughter. I will continue coming here as for as long I am am living in the area.

This is the worst daycare I have ever seen. That woman will tell you all those soothing words to make you feel comfortable at work, BUT, pay a random visit and see what goes on there. They won't feed your baby, they will put your grown baby to an infant's room and when you ask the reason behind that, my friend, you will get a hundred of reasons from different people in that office. I went to check on my baby and what I found was total mess. They had no reason but only kept telling me like " ma'am, this book here has all daycare rules from the state, and we don't have time to tell every rule to you ". The good thing I asked each of them separately so that's why I ended up getting a bunch of confused reasons and that was my last day. That was April 2018. I won't recommend any mom to take their LO there unless you want to see it yourself. They also keep asking for diapers like every day and you wonder where do they yake them to and they don't feed your baby! The place also stings!
